We make smash burgers on out Blackstone often. Found that if I add a squeeze of yellow mustard to the griddle, then smash the burger , it caramelizes the patty…do again and flip…
Here's a tip : I use an appliance extension cord so that my griddle can can be placed on top of my stove. You can turn on the light and the fan so the house doesn't smell. Also clean up is easier since the glass top is easy to wash down and the oil doesn't splatter all over my counter and knick knacks. 😊

I seen a homestead show where the young woman's mother kept her gridle in a old pillow case that she sewed the end for a draw string. That way her gridle doesn't get scratched in the cupboard while stored. I picked up a old pillow case at a thrift store to do the same thing. I thought it was brilliant.
Keep mine in the original box so all my pieces stay together. I take mine in the camper a few times a year and it’s VERY helpful to go to use it and find you have not left the drip tray or (WORSE!) the cord behind.
Great idea. I lay a piece of flower sack material on the top and store the cord in a small drawstring sack. I love the pillowcase drawstring idea, so thank you❣️

The reason why Gracie Lou can't 'hear' you is because she follows you by the vibration of you voice, and it is 'bouncing' off of the nearest wall, or in this case metal can or refrigerator, so she looks away from you where she feels the vibs coming from. A lil tap on the cheek will 'right' her and she will know exactly where you are. ❤❤❤ Gracie Lou and loved this video! 🎉 God Bless !

cling wrap press n seal on the front of his shirt will catch whatever falls. When you are done eating just grab the bottom of the press and seal and pull up towards your chin, wad it up and throw it away. No muss, no fuss

ALL your toasty Sammie’s are great on a griddle. Ruben’s are great. Grilled cheese (try using havarti! Greyier (sp?) is yummy too. I put caramelized onions on them too. French toast. I use mine I need to make just about everything I need more than one of so we can eat together.

Mandy, a really easy way to mix up your meat without using your hands is to use the thing that you use when crumbling up the meat in the pan. It works great, just put it in the bowl and twist it around in the meat to mix, I use a spatula to keep mixing the stuff into the middle and the meat chopper/crumble mixer works great.
I used to get those Frisco Melts at Steak and Shake when we lived in Missouri. They're really good! Happy Mother's Day, Mandy and kisses to sweet Gracie.

We usually spend at least two weeks a year staying some place that has a kitchen. I have the same griddle and have started taking it. It has been amazing! We’ve found a lot of grocery stores at the meat counter will have something like bulgogi beef, fajita meat, lemon garlic shrimp, ect, that you can buy pre marinated so you don’t have to buy/pack all the individual ingredients to make a marinade or sauce. You just maybe need to add a few veggies. We combine it with a bagged salad or can of corn/ green beans and It’s such a cost effective way to do dinners while traveling. Some of our favorites have been fajitas, beef broccoli and fried rice, hibachi style teriyaki chicken and veggies, and of course breakfast.
That little tube looking thing that sticks out of chicken tenders is a tendon. Hard to eat, best to cut it out. Another fine vid. Great to see the little furball.

Hey Mandy!!!!! A little restaurant truck for grilling grilled cheese sandwiches is using MAYO!! Spread on bread just like you would use the butter. The grilled cheese come out great and you DO NOT taste the mayo at all. You won't even notice!!!!!!!
This reminds me of a Reba quote from her show. Brock asked if she still made grilled cheese with mayo and Reba said, Of course, what am I an animal? Ha ha.
First of all Happy Mother’s Day! Our 14 year old cat love cheese, chicken/chimkins as my 26 year old daughter has always called it to the cat )it is her cat) anyway he also loves ranch. When she was in college with him he got a hold of a hot wing and ate it. We couldn’t believe it he loves spicy although we never purposely give him that.
I used to own a griller years ago back when they were very popular, and everyone rushed to Walmart to clear the shelves 😂! I sold mine bc we were moving & buying new stuff...Then I started having health problems and wasn't able to get in the kitchen and cook 4my family...One day I will definitely go buy a new one. Just made the delicious hash brown bowls for Sunday breakfast. The jalapeño addition of Steven's was so good. The griddle is a great idea...I ended up with 3 pans...LOL.

Those Take & Shake Frisco meals looked awesome, too much meat for me but I'd certainly make just one of those meat patties each. We love chicken quesadillas, can't wait to try that recipe, we now have Taco Bell here in Scotland but I can't say I'm impressed. the recipe you made looks like it would really fit the bill. Love the sausage and potato dish too. I'd love it with chorizo, it adds a bit of spice. I tried chorizo through a macaroni dish and it was delicious. Thank you for sharing Mandy xxx

I have no idea of your knowledge of your health, but I just wanted to share that hypermobility syndrome like Ehlers Danos has far-reaching consequences beyond joints. It could be why your skin is so beautiful. It can create internal health problems as well. Not everyone knows about it just wanted to suggest it as I know you suffer from migraines.
Raining here for Memorial Day so we cooked inside. Didn’t have any sourdough bread so we used regular hamburger buns but this was a HUGE hit in my house. I don’t eat onions or cheese so mine was just burger and sauce and was so delicious. Definitely a keeper. Thanks Mandy for all your hard work.
Hey! I've made this sauce before it was delicious 😋. I have a suggestion to use the leftover sauce. It is the Taco Bell breakfast crunchwrap. I used to work at Taco Bell, and the creamy jalapeño sauce is used for them as well as the quesodillas.

I just purchased the Dash griddle like yours I love it . I wish it came with a cover for it so u wouldn’t scratch it up if we take it in our rv on trips .
When you are toasting your bread, add a little Parmesan to the butter. It makes the bread crunchy and delicious. Just a thought.

Hey Mandy!!!!! A little restaurant truck for grilling grilled cheese sandwiches is using MAYO!! Spread on bread just like you would use the butter.
The grilled cheese come out great and you DO NOT taste the mayo at all. You won't even notice!!!!!!!

First of all Happy Mother’s Day! Our 14 year old cat love cheese, chicken/chimkins as my 26 year old daughter has always called it to the cat )it is her cat) anyway he also loves ranch. When she was in college with him he got a hold of a hot wing and ate it. We couldn’t believe it he loves spicy although we never purposely give him that.

I used to own a griller years ago back when they were very popular, and everyone rushed to Walmart to clear the shelves 😂! I sold mine bc we were moving & buying new stuff...Then I started having health problems and wasn't able to get in the kitchen and cook 4my family...One day I will definitely go buy a new one. I cooked almost EVERYTHING on it. I loved cooking breakfast especially pancakes 🥞, 🥓 bacon, hash browns , grilled ham & cheese! So yummy! And ofc gotta grill up some ole burgers 🍔...Toast them buns hun...😊...

Love you, Steven, and your videos Mandy!...but Hmm 🤔 the chicken shredder just No. Shreds 2 tenders at a time....multiplied by X number of tenders...plus clean up. Way easier and quicker to chop them and only have a cutting board to clean.
Just made the delicious hash brown bowls for Sunday breakfast. The jalapeño addition of Steven's was so good. The griddle is a great idea...I ended up with 3 pans...LOL.

Those Take & Shake Frisco meals looked awesome, too much meat for me but I'd certainly make just one of those meat patties each. We love chicken quesadillas, can't wait to try that recipe, we now have Taco Bell here in Scotland but I can't say I'm impressed. the recipe you made looks like it would really fit the bill. Love the sausage and potato dish too. I'd love it with chorizo, it adds a bit of spice. I tried chorizo through a macaroni dish and it was delicious. Thank you for sharing Mandy xxx

I have no idea of your knowledge of your health, but I just wanted to share that hypermobility syndrome like Ehlers Danos has far-reaching consequences beyond joints. It could be why your skin is so beautiful. It can create internal health problems as well. Not everyone knows about it just wanted to suggest it as I know you suffer from migraines.

Raining here for Memorial Day so we cooked inside. Didn’t have any sourdough bread so we used regular hamburger buns but this was a HUGE hit in my house. I don’t eat onions or cheese so mine was just burger and sauce and was so delicious. Definitely a keeper. Thanks Mandy for all your hard work.

Hey! I've made this sauce before it was delicious 😋. I have a suggestion to use the leftover sauce. It is the Taco Bell breakfast crunchwrap. I used to work at Taco Bell, and the creamy jalapeño sauce is used for them as well as the quesodillas.

Absolutely agree 100% that Taco Bell quesadilla's are the best. I have made these before and love them too. Sometimes you just have to have the original! Great recipes this time. Can't wait to make them.
