Yo john, I dont know if your an advanced runner or not, but I would take it easy on upping your mileage. Like for example dont go from a 2 miler to a 6 miler, you gotta slowly work up to it, or else you will get shin splints like I did. Good stuff

Thank you calisthenics family for putting together an app and videos that are easy to follow and motivates me to keep going. I started the full journey level 2 last week at 47 years old. I really appreciate all the work you put into making it all so accessible! I am guessing some of these exercises will show up in level 3? Or maybe further down the road in level 2? Either way I'm excited to get stronger, bigger and healthier!

Hey Guys! another helpfull video! A fellow dutch living on the other side of the world in Peru. Using the app now for a little over 4 months now, nearing the end of the LVL2 of the full journey! Living here has its downsides too, sometime its hard to get decent things/materials. So the elastic band would be a very nice addition to the home made rings. ps, i have two friends coming over from holland in the first week of feb, so they can certainly bring it with then ;-)
in any case, keep the good work coming, looking forward to the new promising app as well!

I have started to follow one plan (calisthenics and gym) from the starting of this year in your app and it is very good and effective to my body 👍 .

@@CalisthenicsFamily thank you sir. By the way, can you guys do a similar video like this but for intermediates because that's where I'm currently at and it'll help me out a lot.

Really don't like normal strenght training in the gym. Have too try this out! Just need those bands and some pullup bar at home :)
