hi portia - you're my fave YT BD teacher. I just want to ask if you can add a few more moves. I've done like 20 of your videos at least and there are a lot of hip drops but no maya for example, and very little taksim. more arm moves would be nice too. Some more variety and you will literally be perfect.

Hola Portia, que bonita sensación tengo que tras repetir, repetir, practicar y practicar los movimientos de cadera ¡por fin! siento que estoy conectando con mi cuerpo 🎉🥳. Ahora sí, si dices apretar glúteos lo puedo hacer, cosa que antes ni de broma podía y también me doy cuenta que en el "isolate" la clave para que me salga es poner los pies orientados como tú lo haces y desde ahí como que mi cuerpo se acomoda mejor y logro hacerlo. Me encanta 🤩😍 despertar y que mi primer actividad sea hacer una de tus clases. Abrazo fuerte y mi agradecimiento infinito 🇲🇽
Thank you for this (and other classes), by lower back has been bothering me and makes it difficult to find dance workouts I can do, so these bellydancing workouts have been so great, easy to follow, fun and my lower back feels better afterwards
I use crystal deodorant. It's awesome, natural and keeps you from stinking but it's not an antiperspirant. Antiperspirants are not safe imo. Let's make sweaty pits normal!❤
