Just worked on a 2002 Chevy Silverado! Just remember when doing the first act of aux without lights at the top to push the handle towards the dash and down slightly, then turn to off, then turn until lights show up push the handle towards the dash, and then pull down. Thanks this is a great video.
This is exactly what was wrong with my 2006 GMC sierra. This was the first video I pulled up when my gear stick would go up and down but wasn’t doing anything. I watched this video then crawled under my truck and that very thing was disconnected, Thanks to this video. It took me about three minutes to repair my problem.
I can imagine customer having hard time understanding over voice phone, i had trouble at first with this as well. Thanks for the walk through that helps
