Loved this video! For my drugstore friends: Milani Cheek Kiss Liquid Blush is a fantastic affordable liquid blush with a SATIN finish. They also have deeper skin-friendly shades because there's not a lot of white base pigment to many of their shades. Easy to blend. Flower Beauty Blush Bombs are a fantastic affordable liquid blush with a DEWY finish. They are also fairly pigmented and very beautiful, easy to blend. BONUS for Canadians: the Quo Featherweight liquid blushes that come in the paint tubes like Glossier are an amazing liquid blush with a dewy finish and highly pigmented. I think they'd work on many skin tones. Also very easy to blend.
I LOVE the Milani cheek kiss liquid blushes but find they don’t have a lot of staying power, like after an hour I’ll have to reapply but that formula is a dream
Thank you for this! I am going to run out and get that Milani and Quo❤❤ blushes, since I am a bit fan of liquid blushes. I will keep my Rare Beauty for special occ💖💖
Concerning the Glossier cloud paint: instead of removing the protective seal, poke a hole through it with a straight pin. The hole will be smaller and you won't waste any product, it has worked for me. I read this tip elsewhere and thought I would share it with others.
The flower beauty blush bombs are VERRRYY similar to the glossier cloud paints in term of blend ability and staying power. Highly highly recommend bc I love both and use on a daily basis
I am currently loving the Saie dewy blushes. The peach is absolutely perfect for me and amazing staying power. I literally get 12 hour wear with their blushes. Well worth the price, imho.
Agreed!!! I am obsessed with the Saie blushes! They’re SO pretty & blend out very easily. My winter fave is Spicy.🌶️ Don’t let the super dark red color in the tube fool you, it sheers out gorgeously on the skin & gives the perfect dewy flush.❤ I need to grab the peach 🍑 for spring!
@@kaseygoss i might have to try the Spicy! I never thought i was a peach kind of girl but the Sephora lady said i should try the Saie peach because it's a peachy pink, not apricot. Now i want to try more peachy blushes. She did tell me i don't have the right undertones for apricot, it will be too orange 🙂
hi! do u set it? i find that my saie blush doesnt last long so im leaning more towards rare beauty just cuz of the staying power; otherwise I really prefer the formulation and color of the Saie blush😭
@@AlexaHsu-oj5vk yes, I set mine with a corresponding powder blush as well. It definitely helps with longevity! (That & I’m just a strong blush kinda girlie.😀)
If you’re on a budget, check out the Revolution Super Dewy Liquid Blush line (don’t be put off by the name, they’re actually more of a satin/soft matte and not shiny or dewy at all). They’re incredibly affordable but don’t feel or look like it at all. They have a really nice range of shades for multiple skin tones, albeit of basic and not exactly groundbreaking undertones. The lasting power is great and I use mine either alone or I mix in a dab of a liquid/cream illuminator to make a really nice shiny blush and they play really nicely with other formulas.
You have beautiful content Amanda! Would you please do an updated review of the Daniel Sandler blushes?? I’ve been eyeing them for a long time, would love to hear your thoughts
Right?! I grabbed the mini set she released for Christmas just so I could try the blush & highlight without spending close to 100 bucks. I love them & they’re super pretty! Thankfully the minis have lasted me over 2 months so far & I’ve worn them at least 2-4 times per week. Still don’t know if I’ll be able to talk myself into paying $42 for each when they run out. I wish she’d bring the minis back permanently so more people can try them without breaking the bank.
Completely agree! I find CT to be really overpriced in general. I found a dupe for the blushes and bronzer/contour wands on Amazon and actually prefer those and each was like $6
@@onewhisper22005 YES!!! I got the Amazon dupes & they are every bit as good (or better IMO) than the CT! I got the Kyda brand & I actually like them more than CT. More pigment, wears better/longer & you get more product for the money.🏆🎉💯
I think the whole blush stains trend is coming back. Liquid tint blushes really mimic a natural flush or sun-kissed look because of their pigmented shear quality on the skin. For a guy who goes for an undetectable no makeup makeup look, this is perfect!
I would love to hear your thoughts on MUA Makeup Academy Blushed Liquid Cream Blusher. They are so so so affordable and apparently dupes for the Glossier Cloud Paint.
Love your videos! Especially how you go into detail and show us the product swatched up close on your face! Highly applaud you for that! Also your skin is so healthy MashaAllah! Would love to know your diet/ routine etc!
Hi Amanda! I would love to see you trying the chanel les beiges water fresh blushes. I've swatches them once in the store and can't stop thinking about buying it. 🙈❤️ Thank you for your videos! 🙏

I wish someone would do a video on best liquid/powder blushes for oily skin and a separate video for dry skin. It's mentioned sometimes but you have to sort through the entire video to find the references.
Hi Amanda! I really love your videos. I think they are very well made. I absolutely appreciate your demos. You are able to capture the product so well that I wonder why other creators don't do as much. If you are open to it, I would like to make a suggestion. It would be helpful if you can place a card at the bottom of the screen that contains the name of the product. Sometimes I forget which product you are talking about. I understand you can't hold the product up all the time. So I felt like it would be a simple solution to just write the name on the screen for the duration that you speak about that product. If it is too time consuming though, I don't mind. Just wanted to make a suggestion. Do the best for your channel and your workflow! I appreciate your channel and take care!
Never had any issues with the packaging on the beauty wands and I own almost all of them. If you use it properly and turn/close the top after using it there wont be no mess. 🙄
This might come across as a silly question but how do you determine which shade of blush is the most flattering? I’m a redhead like yourself and was always told blush should mimic your natural flush. My natural flush is almost a cool pink whereas I’ve always chosen peach toned blush. Opinions?
I think the confusion is based on the possible difference between natural and flattering. If you think your natural flushing isn't flattering then natural isn't the direction you're likely to want to go. If you like your own flushed look then go for that natural tone. "Flattering" is very subjective imo. I hope that helps? Much love to you, gorgeous!🤍
I have spent years searching for a blush color that i feel confident wearing. That whole wear your natural flush color never worked for me. One day a random encounter at Sephora lead me to try peach and the rest is history 🙂. I can't wear apricot, it's too orange so i have to look for peachy pinks.
I’m not a fan of Charlotte Tilbury - had a bad mascara experience and never went back. I just think it’s overpriced and that there are other brands at that price point I’d rather spend my money on (Hourglass and Westman Atelier).
I love Rare Beauty blushes. However, I'm very curious about the Half Caked blushes. I have Brown Sugar in my Amazon cart. Would it show up? I just need to hit send and try it.. 😂
You missed Danessa Myricks Vision Flush! So natural, great pigment payoff and so long lasting! IMO much more impactful than Glossier and much easier to work with than Rare Beauty.
I picked up Maneater in Buffed Pink and it looks like it would be similar to Tower 28 Magic Hour but I noticed exactly what you were saying about base pigment - in the tube it looks a white undertone and I hardly see anything on my cheeks - regret to not getting peachy pink. And it slides off no matter what I have underneath. I’m disappointed. I see Halo tints half off today - would you say they stick better to the skin and last longer than Tarte? I really don’t need anymore liquid blushes and have a lot I haven’t used - Cloud Paint in Storm (kind of dark so I want to mix it with something) NARS liquid blush, even Drunk Element in the pink lid bottle (haven’t touched). Also I picked up a few Revolution ones that I really like, especially Dolly. With that said, is the Smashbox different enough to buy even at half off? I’m really trying not to buy so much makeup anymore and would love your opinion.
Milk had a limited edition oil blush/lip stick. There was a bright peach one that I love but the color doesn’t stay. Do you have a recommendation for one that’s the same color even a powder that stays
We nave similiar skin colours and considering the way products work in our skin we must nave similar skin type, too. What works for you work for me. That a thrill ;-)
Have you tried the Milani ones? The Miss A brand has cream ones in square packaging that definitely stay dewy. They're $1! If you don't need it to be super pigmented, try the new Revolution balm ones in the tin. So beautifully dewy but the scent is a bit much for me 😳
You should really talk about how tarte is duping Charolette Tilbury I get everyone is but tarte I mean their new blushes are $35 and where I live that's 37.45 after sales tax, Charolette is what $44 that's 47.08. I'd rather save my money and just buy the charolette Tilbury or buy a drug store dupe. High end brands have no business duping other high end brands.
the glossier cloudpaints were the worst makeup purchase i think i’ve ever made. i honestly felt like i had been duped - they disappear from my cheeks like 20 seconds after applying. even when i powder on top. never understood how people could love this product.
