You’re doing a great job my friend. Keep steady, and on track. One step at a time. There is an end insight. The way you’re working it will be quite a magnificent job! By the way, thank you very much for hanging our American flag properly.
Love your drive in this project. It's a big one. Glad to see you plugging away at it. I recently picked up a welder and am looking forward to learning how to use it.
I'm familiar with fibreglass. The fibreglass body of the camper is 'tabbed' to the wood floor. Tabbing means running a strip of fibreglass along an edge to bond a piece of wood or other substrate. You'll need to learn fibreglass repair techniques to fix the camper properly.
@@Rusty.Datsun I figure with your skills you'll have no trouble with fibreglass. To get the wood, just cut it out. Use metal blades on your side angle grinder or your jigsaw, they'll last longer than blades meant for wood.
Another good video. Really enjoy the can do attitude. If I may suggest, maybe you can have the filming flow more instead of jumping from thought or topic to the next. Thanks for video
Nice welding for just starting out. Can you do some quick edits of your welding still, or was that not filmed? Looking forward to seeing this all come together.
When I clicked on the video you were still cleaning out the camper so I fast forward a little and saw where you got the top tacked together it's all good see ya next time Dude.
Love these old datsuns i own a 74 since 95
Oh wow!
well done on leveling up on your skills, you've got this
Thank you!
Looking good for first time welding. Looking forward to seeing more. 😂 be careful stay safe
Good job! My chinook had a huge mouse nest in it among other things.
Lots of work lol

Think I can figure fiberglass out. Is there any weird technique to get the wood out? It all needs to be replaced

It seems like a missed opportunity for a really cool California convertible. Shame , anyway best of luck with your project.

Thank you! And this is all the footage I have for this week. I didn’t record me welding at all
Should have drilled holes and put little plates inside. To fill the gaps. It would have been easier for you.
But good job on the roof man. It's coming together.
Dig the video series. No idea what you were saying when the mask was on though 😅
Oops 🤣 thank you though!
Would you be interested in a 1985 4x4 king cab 720 with a sd22 diesel ? San Antonio Tx
That’d be sweet honestly but i don’t really have the room for anymore vehicles
I thought this was going to be a welding video?
I’ve never welded before in my life. And the roof is completely welded back on by the end of the video. I’m not sure what else to put in the video

Your life must be full of disappointment, if you base your life on expectations.
Хорошо. Но варить учись!
You need a camera with a stabilizer or a camera stabilizer. The picture shakes a lot and makes you feel sick while watching it.
Send him one, seems like you’re an expert.
Didn't mean to offend you. As an “expert,” I can advise using a tripod, or any object that can replace a tripod.
