lump in my throat throughout the entire video. Everyone involved seems so humble. From Joe to his wife, the kids and joe's dad. Even Demers. Just seem like great human beings. My son is playing juniors up in Canada right now and I couldn't be more proud of him. NHL is prob not in his future, but the fact he's even playing juniors is more than enough for me! He's got the same character and kindness Joe has. Love this sport
Both of Joe's parents Wayne and Mary are great people. My mom worked with Mary from the time he was in Jr B to his years in Boston and I have fond memories of going to OHL games and sitting with his parents. It's always nice to bump into them when I am back in St.Thomas.
@@TwonVonJon That’s what we Sharks fans are hoping for!! It will be a while, but he’s an amazing young man. You do know that Macklin lives with the Thornton’s while he plays for San Jose.
I assume that you are being serious; I’m referring to the Shark Tank in San Jose where the Sharks play and Joe Thornton graced us with his presence for 15 years!
Can you believe some of those pretentious players teammates seeing Jumbo's Dad running around in rubber boots how real is this man close family ties Canadian way
Jumbo’s dad is every farming dad in Canada. What a beauty. Absolutely makes me miss home more.
Gotta love these videos. Papa Jumbo is exactly what you'd expect him to be like

Incredible. Jumbo just seems like a dude you want to just hang out with and pal around with….. can’t wait to see him in the Hall

I can smell that barn ...childhood memories 😊
Gotta love Canadians. They are the best
These family and team moments are just gold. Congrats Jumbo....please continue to turn up (frequently).
I enjoyed watching this video series. May you all continue having the time of your lives.
It's pretty spectacular to watch Jumbo radiate good son energy next to his dad
Another great video with so much into Joe and his family. Love it.
Leafs dart board is pretty cool. Joe's a beauty. Leafs fan, if I ever get a jersey, I think it'll be 97. Class act
This should be a Canadian Heritage Moment on CBC
I’m going to cry, I wish we won a cup with him
Hopefully Celebrini will help us get one for all of us.

Canadian family values. This is what a lot of society is missing right now.
I'm just glad Jumbo never scored that fourth goal. Great wholesome group of videos. I'll be watching!
What a great video! :) Made by love!
What a prince of a guy.
Beautiful video
love this, this is how it is done
This is so Canadian 😮

Jumbo Joe's jersey retirement is gonna be an extremely emotional night tomorrow 😢🥺.

Papa Joe is a real gentleman
Down to earth guy, lights don’t match don’t give a 💩 top family. Love jumbo go Leafs!
Very cool old bugger eh. Good stuff
What a nice guy
I think after this video/chat... The sharks/fan base have ANOTHER beloved Thornton (Joe, Scott and now Wayne)
What city or town is the farm located in? Just curious.
ST. THOMAS ONTARIO

i wonder if Mr Thornton is canadian? lolol
Correction. Paul Rudd interviews the giy
I thought Jumbo had chickens on his farm?
That’s a new thing. But we have them now because they aren’t there to take care of them all the time.
Go Sharks
I remember when Thornton was a bruin
