Vintage FORD engine and Lincoln welding and 32v lighting machinery plant from the 1950's restored to operational after sitting for many years. Can we get it Running and working?
Your Lincoln welder is a design from the mid 1940's. It was sold as a farm portable welder. A fellow could belt it to a power unit such as yours or mount it on a tractor using the belt pulley. I have an original manual that shows a welder on the rear of a Ford 8N using the right angle belt pulley gearbox bolted to the rear PTO. I would say your unit is a late 50's because of the control on the right side and additional louvers in the covers. The welding taps may need a steel wool polish so you are getting a good electrical contact. Cheers from AL B. In central Ohio.

Who knew Benny Hill was a mechanic?
Needs a good governor setup. Runs 1800 r.p.m. for welding I think. Seems like the old flat head ones did.
she runs good but the governor needs some attention. Awesome machine though.
