Watching this episode of drinking songs reminded me of another great one. Someone please let me know if it was mentioned in the previous episodes but it made me think of one by Johnny Paycheck called Colorado Kool-aid
Great video. I love Vern Gosdin he was my dad's favorite singer so I listen to him to keep my dad's memory alive. As soon as you described the song even as soon as you said Vern Gosdin I said Set 'em Joe has to be. I was right. Next time you should do Midland "Drinking problem" or Brad Paisley "Alcohol".
❤ AWESOME JOB KEVIN, Doing it WELL, Great Idea 💡💡 using Clint EASTWOOD, Have to come up with some other people to Mix in with your episodes, gives it some FUN New Twists and Turns during the Video, , CYA SOON NEXT TIME BE SAFE BUDDY ✌️👍🙏🙏🌞😎
Ahhh MAN! That is a VERY YOUNG Rob Schneider playing Billy in "Billy's got his beer goggles on"! AND OMG I'm from Columbus, OH JACK HANNAH! That man is the GOAT of Zoo directors, MAYBE tied with Steve Irwin. Every video I try to vote for the next round but I'd hate to vote for one that's already been on a previous list but forgot because I was drinkin' while watchin'.... is there a way you can list the songs in previous videos for review? Anyway here we go.... I gotta get drunk - George Jones and Willie Nelson The Whiskey Ain't Workin - Travis Tritt and my obligatory Ray Stevens submission - Happy Hour (Is the Saddest Time of the Day)
So glad David Allen Coe made the cut!! Lots of great songs here, as always. Let's get some "Sorrow on the Rocks" by Porter Wagoner in one! Or "Whiskey, If You Were a Woman" by Highway 101! I know you like peanuts and Coke, but I like beer (Tom T. Hall also liked beer - it made him a jolly good fellow) and I love true country music!
Charlie Daniels Band with Drinking My Baby Goodbye is one of my favorites,John Schneider had one that mau not made it to radio called It’s The Bottom Of The Fifth and I am Loaded and there’s the classic Moe Bandy song Here I Am I’m Drunk Again
My Uncle Bucky is somewhere singing along with Hank Thompson right now. Thanks Kevin! By the way, you can usually find Coke in glass bottles in stores in Hispanic neighborhoods. With real sugar too, just the way God intended it to be.
Thank you Kevin for another entertaining episode of Drinking Songs, even though this is the 3rd time (after placing my drink order) and it still hasn't been served up 😄😄Remind me to never hire you as a bartender 🤣🤣 Guess it's time to mosey down the street to the next bar. No, keep bringing us these great videos and helping keep country music alive. And start including more of the great female artists in these videos. No, not your favorite Beyoncé 😂😂😂
Did I tell you about "Barroom Buddies" By Clint Eastwood and Merle Haggard? It made the #1 spot somewhere around 1980? I guess so.... Thanks for the tunes...
You never even call me by my name was one of my drinking songs in college. The other being family tradition. Even though my family ain't much for drinking.
Wine Colored Roses by George Jones, Help Me Make it Through The Yard by Pinkard and Bowden, Beers To you Ray Charles and Clint Eastwood Jack Daniels If you Please David Alan coe Two Dollars In the Jukebox - Eddie Rabbit
I thought with Clint on here you would be including Barroom Buddies where he sang with Merle Haggard, and I was not disappointed. By the way, your comments on Vern were spot on. Which is probably why he earned the nickname "The Voice."
@CountryMusicTimeMachine yep. That's where it started in the 1880s, but, like most of the Texas based companies (they've moved to the metro areas of Dallas-Ft Worth or Houston) their headquarters moved to the DFW suburb of Plano
Billy Curington- Pretty Good at Drinkin Beer is a great one.

I don't think I've done that one yet.
Next time you can spit in your own ear! I love that one

Heres hoping we get "Billys bot his beer goggles on" and "Beauty's in the eye of the beerholder"
As a 17 year old who knows you never even call me by my name as the last song I heard my dad I'm never gonna forget the sound country was
Amen!!!!!

I was thinking "Tonight the Bottle Let Me Down".
Travis Tritt and Marty Stuwart "The whiskey Ain't Working."

I do find them overseas more often!

Yes. Shaboozey and Beyonce are the king and queen of country music. At least to those that have never listened to country music!
Wonderful job Kevin
Thanks so much. That one was fun!
Been eagerly waiting for this for a long time now. Love from the UK ❤
Howdy to put great cousins in the UK! Thanks for watching!

Now to see if we can get Chuck Wagon and the Wheels - Beauty's in the Eye of the Beer Holder
Hello Kevin Hope you are doing well. I love these videos. ❤
Glad you like them! And thanks for taking the time to leave a message!!!

Yep but Vern never got the credit he deserved.
Waco is also the home of my favorite beverage, Dr Pepper. I'm drinking a Dr Pepper Zero Sugar as we speak
Didn't realize Dr. Pepper was getting there!
@CountryMusicTimeMachine yep. That's where it started in the 1880s, but, like most of the Texas based companies (they've moved to the metro areas of Dallas-Ft Worth or Houston) their headquarters moved to the DFW suburb of Plano
Beer for breakfast Zach Top
That's a great choice!
Mickey Gilly sang All get prettier at closing time on The Dukes of Hazzard....
I Thought Clint Eastwood was too obvious So I guessed Lorne Green... Even though Ringo came out in the 60s
Glad to see my suggestion made it! but why was Jack Hannah at the bar?
No idea
@@CountryMusicTimeMachine Its funny as heck, he appears three times in the music video and with a different animal each time just with no explination
