Lemongrass tea in soap gives the soap another level of cleanliness. My experience is that I can feel how clean (hard to explain-no residue/oils) my skin is and yet moisturized.
Many herbal teas have excellent benefits when you drink them. The jury is still out whether any of these properties survive saponification - but you never know. I would never claim anything more than my soaps will get you clean. I find the soaps I make help my skin and I love how it feels after - so if you find a product that works for you - use and enjoy it.
A lot of the soaps I make are not assessed as they are technique videos or how to’s - but I will be getting some new soaps assessed soon as part of a video series - so I’ll let people know when some soaps are available to purchase.
