But some actors just make good movies.
Now I might have movies in my collection that I don't really need.
@@MediaFeverPitch think it might need the rewatch. Dont think it will be cleared straight out now. That trailer peaked my interest again.
It’s just the memory of my initial thoughts and feelings on it not being great that had me wondering why I kept it in my collection.
I haven't watched *American Ultra* yet... but I'll admit I have regrets paying about £25 for it over 6 years ago and still not having watched it does make me feel I should have waited for a _lot_ cheaper price!
@@blujustin4175 you’re not alone Justin, we’ve all done it. Not necessarily with American Ultra but I bet we’ve all got titles we’ve paid that kinda money for and it still sits sealed after years. I’ve certainly a few like that in the collection. It’s part of the reason I’m trying to pull back on the pre orders until I know I’ve got time to watch. Doesn’t feel as bad if it’s picked up in the sales for £5 or £6 compared to the £25

its funny one of the forgotten movies was MK Ultra... excuse me... American Ultra.
Some people just ain't cut out for blu ray collecting! I mean who even watches the disc's! it's like pokemon you gotta collect them all!
@@bobjones8113 😂😂 ain’t that the truth.
Am I really a collector. Or am I just a movie fan… I like the discs and content over the ‘gotta collect em all’ and have realised that a little more recently.
I think very movie is worth a second watch so much can affect your opinion of a movie that I feel you should always have a second chance
@@cyphersigma1 there is actually a few movies I discarded straight away. Just the odd one that I had a real bad reaction to.
A lot of others I did keep on the chance of a second viewing. Finding a portion of them now… I’m just not interested in retrying. Or at least not getting the time because of all the new stuff
Are you Robert Webb?
you don't look like him, but sometimes you do
@@paulaldridge925 no sir, no I am not.
Maybe an elongated version of sorts !?
Just bin it off mate 😅 and forget all about it.
@@popcornandhorror 😂 I need to trust my instincts… not a trailer.
@PhillwithadoubleL yeah, I've been really good recently at watching movies and deciding straight afterwards if it's a keeper or a seller 😎👍🏻 it's working a charm.
@@popcornandhorror 👆🏼👆🏼 this… this is what I need to get to ! I’ve pulled way back on picking things up immediately and feeling less of a pull to have numerous pre orders in. Some things I’m managing to get in sales if I feel it’s one for the collection. Its been nice to go to the occasional sale when I’ve not been picking up everything anymore
@PhillwithadoubleL probably 90% of the pick ups in my videos are used (cheaper) movies that I've either seen before so I know I want / like or titles I've really looked into via other youtubers with similar tastes, imdb info etc and they're on a offer or deal at the time I pull the trigger 😎👍🏻
Why on earth have you got these titles, if nobody knows them, sell them if they you have got bored with them
@@iloveblue7920 it was the addiction to ordering and then hoarding that led me down this path. Keeping things I didn’t need etc etc.
trying to deal with my issues and this kind of addictive behaviour. Step by step and questioning myself and why I have some of these titles as I go.
Because you watched forgettable movies. Not worth buying in my opinion.
My way of collecting in the past has been pretty silly. Keeping those things I didn’t care much for just for the sake of it.
It has felt like I was getting towards hoarding these things.
@PhillwithadoubleL yes you were. I love physical media too, but I only collect those movies that are worthwhile and memorable.
