You could whale watch from your deck! I really like it, I'm sure it would feel plenty homey with rugs, artwork, cozy furniture, etc. I'm impressed that there's an induction stove, an environmentally friendly option. Someone will be really happy there I'm sure!!

Wow, right above La Rustica but so nestled away. My dad lived in an apartment right on the beach for a few months when he moved here in the 60s. Don't get down there much but it's always nice to take an extended walk past Alki. The neighborhood is very cozy; the house, while luxurious, not so much. Nice job with the tour though.

Great location. The house had potential but it seems like the developer cheaped out on what could have been an amazing home.
All homes I see as a challenge to make better, this one thought, I'd just scrap, it makes not much sense, and a waste of the view.
You do a very good job showing houses…I was taken in….but would have been better without audio issues. Was going to give you a 10/10 but 8/10 instead. Keep up the good work. Room to be even better!

Most homes cost more based on location. When I was looking at new construction like two blocks down, I would have to pay 50k more just because of the location. I said no thanks. It's just two blocks down not that far come each other. That's crazy how you pay just for location. I'm guessing this house is priced high on the view as well.

The average salary of people working in Seattle is $41,000-165,000. Who's going to buy this at $2.8 million? I looked around the market last year and the prices were OBSCENE, everything at about $500-900K for less than 4,000 sq ft. If the market doesn't crash, everyone will be living in the streets nationwide. Prices in my city are up an outrageous 50% so I've been priced completely out of the market. Still can't afford even a 1,200 sq ft house because they start at $250k. Just despicable.

@@piyusjai it’s builder grade and boring. They cheaped out on such a nice house only 80k more and they could’ve gotten 200k+ more on price and entered more of a luxury market with those stunning views.

I thought it was weird they used black stair rails but a white kitchen. Usually a white and bright kitchen is paired with wood or brushed nickel accents
