The owner is one of the most hardworking and multitasking man I’ve seen. His food looks absolutely amazing and I hope his stall will keep lasting generation after generation!
I have the utmost respect for the Japanese culture when I see videos like this. The man has an incredible work ethic. And I fondly remember these little stalls on the roadside when I was a ryugakusei back in the early 2000s. Some of the best food I had when I was overseas was from these little stalls.
I have so much respect for them, from the time they set up to to making the food all to just make a living. I wish some day I’m able to experience the wonderful joy of eating their food. In America at local places the food is also good. So much respect for y’all ❤❤❤❤❤

I think I found my new favorite channel. This was awesome! The work he puts in, the history of his place, the professionalism and delicious looking food and how cozy it all looks. I'm wildly impressed and will be tuning in more often.
You would have to scrape me off of the ground just after the setup. And then he cooked all night and then broke everything down for the next day? This man is a machine. Much respect.

Lovely family atmosphere, I wish this man and his family all success and happiness - he works so hard to bring others joy through delicious Japanese food. I have utmost respect for him!
It always amazes me how clean, compact, and efficient Japanese food preparation spaces (yatai and little restaurants or stands) are arranged and work is done. I know Japanese sanitation rules are very strict as well as general cultural standards. And for yatai, everything has to be set up, broken down every day, in addition to cleaning and preparing for the next day! I use to go with colleagues & friends to eat ramen or oden after our weekly night of drinking and eating (and sometimes Mr. Donuts & coffee) in Tokyo before everyone took a taxi home. I miss the yatai. These setups with gas, electricity & water in Hiroshima & Fukuoka are special and I hope the yatai can be saved.
The environment inside the stall was so wholesome ✨ literally a vibeeee🔥 everyone was so respectful towards each other , really refreshing to see that. I hope best for these people 🎉 absolute pure hard work 💪🏻
These videos are so relaxing. Amazing craftsmanship from the owner. So hard working but grateful for each customer. I dont know if it was mistranslated but saying for 10 years he had no idea what he was doing but his customers supported him shows how much their culture respects expertise in all kinds.
Wow. I did not expect that stall he brought over to expand into a whole restaurant like that!!!! It's cool that they have the power and water hook up for these stalls in the sidewalk like that. Just fascinating. I hope one day to visit and be able to experience some of these vendors!
Such hardworking people. I always wonder how do folks like these survive the Covid lockdown and drastically decreased customer traffic. It must have been devastating to their financials. So glad to see them back.
this shows you, you can be clean with street food, also it's amazing how much the city helps people with their businesses, they give them access to water and light for them to use. amazing.
I admire so much Mr Fuji, the one man show-so efficient, so professional, and he had done this for decades! My respect for the hardworking gentleman! He really gave his customers some good time for such reasonable prices. If i ever visited Hiroshima I will have to meet Mr Fuji and enjoy his ramen soup. Best wishes from California ❤
This is something you can only get in Asia. No fancy decoration, no tipping bs, doesn't matter if you go alone, it's just a small stall with a television/radio with the owner serving good and affordable food. All welcoming and a place to forget the bad day. I wish the west could have something like this.
Definitely very admirable! It's amazing to see the hardwork and long hours with very little help and all along giving all his best with friendly service. He is one of many special men in his life of work 💓
Setting up, preparing for service, preparing for next day and closing up looks exhausting as hell. Mad respect to this man and others in the same stall business.
Best ramen ive ever had in my life was a street stall in Japan. Love these places. The atmosphere of these small street shops just does it for me. Love it
Can't imagine how cozy it would be at sitting at a stall eating noodles on cold night. Can't imagine the heat in there during summers but it definitely checks the late night winter food vibes.
That’s so cool that the (what seems to be a) park has water and electricity for the vendors so they only pay for what they use. Rather than paying something like a “Supply Fee”, a flat amount even if you don’t use any water, gas, or electricity. Super sweet what Japan is doing for their people!
