    Thanks For Watching!
"Urban Farmer, Jim Kovaleski is transitioning his Market Gardens for Summer while he's away in Maine. He is still having great market success and actually just had his best, all time day for sales recently! He has been consistently selling his vibrant flower bouquets and shared some of his secrets on how they last so long. Jim also took us to his secret Mulberry tree in the neighborhood to score a bunch of those tasty berries!"
ALSO, we filmed a Course with Jim Kovaleski a few years back. It's called "The Grass-Fed Market Garden" ; this course is packed with valuable information + content and is affordable! Learn from the Farming Master!

I have the same mode of thinking at the 3 minute mark of this video. It's amazing what you can accomplish when your hands on and observe your growing space. Little tweaks and improvements here and there, can result in pounds of produce at the end of the year. As always great video!

For nematodes try to inoculate your sheet mulch with a specific fungi that eats them or secretes enzymes that reduce the impact of them. Having that mycorrhizal association will benefit your garden a lot probably

Great content again Pete! You ave lots of great vids and I always take something away w/ each of them! I got my backyard mulched (Tarpon Spring) and like to see a video one day on what are good crops to grow in our Florida heat during our summers. I haven't had much luck growing your typical salad type garden or farm produce. I've taken a lot of these techniques from Jim and your videos (soil blocks) and it starts out doing super and as the weeks go by it starts to get stressed out/ wilts and most never matures the way it should. I try read the plant, soil, etc.., but I'm left scratching my head!? I even tried a sun shade over the entire garden, but filtered only 10% of the sun, so the heat was still too intense for the veggies. I work so hard and read and see lots of videos and sometimes its overwhelming, but I stay positive that one day I'll have a green thumb. I did learn a little more about how Jim uses the shading from his house and certain plants like that, but unfortunately I have a yard that has little shading and gets an abundance of sun. Thanks so much for your hard work!

Everyone loves Pete Kanaris, Jim Kovaleski videos ! Evidenced by 1000 Plus Thumbs Up...and only 3 down ! I second that, though. Also feel like Jim needs an occasional break :) But I get it--the garden sucks up a lot of time; especially when you have another full-time career ! But You do What You LOVE ! Great video again ! Blessings... :)

Dicon radish can be boiled like potatoes for a low carb potato substitute
I would grow them again buddy its one of thoes crops that need to gain a better reputation
I hate radish always have but if you boil radish that flavor leaves in the water and it tastes just like potatoes
I can't eat nightshades anymore so finding a potato substitute was nice

Anydetails on how many blooms he gets on the amaryllis? How is he treating the amaryllis, like is he uprooting bulbs and refrigerating them to force them? Would love to know his cut flower species he is growing.
