Just for you to know, you can place string above pitcher pod: this will prevent them for being two blocks high 😺
Then it will look like a rutabaga or a turnip.

I really love this hardcore series. It's all about building up your world and not about building huge farms. The farms you make serve your creativity. And I always look forward to seeing what you are going to create next.

Those first two minutes is why when transporting a mob, you have splash health potions on you.
I found that If you have a concrete machine that turns it from powder to the block, you can use to strip logs as well

A 1.20 desert project sounds like fun. A little break from the grassy/forest/mountain areas could be good.

pitcher pots with a string or glass over them to prevent them from fully blooming look so good with pumpkin fields as little mini pumpkins

If you put string above the pitcher pods you limite their growth and can create what looks like a giant potato/turnip field
They look better I a medieval or fantasy build because they aren't as bright

Heya fwhip! Great episode as always. Was thinking for episode 41 or whenever you move to the desert it might be worth starting that with next to no gear like you’re starting out again, that way the hardcore challenge is kept. Can also make a story how a traveller (you) found their way to a desert and helped found a trading empire there selling all sorts of exotic goods and having a unique transportation system - the camels!
Just an idea, looking forward to the next episode!

fwhip you could also use allays to farm the seeds for you, and not worry about minecart lag and any losses

@fWhip I am sure this is too much to ask, but why not integrate a storage sorting system with each farm you have?? Like for these sniffers you have to run over to it to grab the items, but instead a storage sorting system would be a HUGE build..

I love your builds, fWhip. You are one of my favorite Minecraft builders, and I love to watch your channel. I just wish that you were as passionate about detailing and finishing interiors as you are exteriors. A build is not complete unless the interior is done.
you probably won't see this but you can put string on top of non- fully grown pitcher plants and it stops them at halfway grown
You should build boats at the docks. I know it was a while ago but it would suit it
