I believe contracts need self funding, the federal government takes atleast 30 days to pay contractors so you gotta have cash on hand to get into this type of thing

You only have to put up money when it comes to purchasing products for the government but if you’re doing a service contract you don’t need to pay your subcontractors until the government pays you if the subcontractor’s okay with that.
