I love how they send out the rookies while the mec and the gene moded soldiers just chill inside the skyranger
You can see that one rookie was named Alex Murphy at 0:31. He'd be a prime candidate for the MEC Trooper project.

Love the new Mech Troopers and Gene modified soldiers but I HATE the sleeveless design. Good thing there are mods.
lol im pretty sure everyone hate the sleeveless thing xD unfortunately i dont think a mod to fix that would work with one of my other mods :'(

Fun fact mind boost from secctoids or commander give the mectoid a shield which, if having enough spectoids can make the mec invincible if recast when broken.
Just cleared Enemy Unknown, great game!! Can't wait to get Enemy Within, oh yeah, baby!

This is fucking awesome. We got psykers, we got xenos, we got power armor, now we got greyknights and dreadnoughts. Please add in melee weapons for assault classes, power hammers or chainswords.

It's content and it's downloadable, therefore it's a DLC. Yeah, it have more content than a normal DLC and feels more like the old expansion concept, but still, it's a DLC by definition.

It's an expansion, unless you're a console player, in which case, you need to purchase the commander edition to get this all on disc with the original

I think the genetics lab will be awesome, but something bugs me about the mech suit. Having a soldier removed of their body parts and replaced with mechanical parts seems like something the aliens would do (Floaters, Mutons, possibly Cyber disks). Knowing the characters from Enemy Unknown, (Vahlen & Shen), they don't seem like the type of people who would support this, they always care for the troops. Unless it's a suit that a soldier jumps into. If so, forget everything I said.
The bureau was a decent fun game despite all the crazy hate..this is gonna be even better

One giant flaw of the game, just in my opinion, is that any state will most probably pull back from the projekt when panic reaches level 5 and stays there for a while.
A bit more time for that to happen, and a bit more missions in the meantime would expand the game a bit, I would guess.
But all the rest is just epic. Very well done K2 ans Firaxis

EndzeitMensch Not trying to offend you; that's just what players say when something seemingly ridiculous in XCOM happens (for example, missing a 99% shot and it leads to the death of your best soldier). Basically a lighter version of "That's how life works. Deal with it." :)

Sectoids are like the sci fi equivalent of a fantasy goblin/kobold.
They are absolute bitches, but put them in a battle suit at they are badass as all hell.
If only that neural feedback did 20 damage in the full game though they probably realised how op that was

It really is, but i got through the campaign with maybe 12 glitches. I don't play online though so i can see why a patch would be higher on your 'want' scale.
This is going to fix most of those.

Standalone on PS3 and Xbox360, expansion pack for PC. Not sure what the difference is though.
It's more of a standalone expansion. It isn't a full game, but you don't have to have XCOM: Enemy Unknown to play it.

lol wow. The worst glitch I've had is just something like you can't click and action or aim at targets, you just double click the action and hope it's aiming at the right one.

For consoles not PC. Meh...Tomato - Tahmahtoe. Still looks pretty good even if it is over priced. I just wish they add more that 2 new aliens since they already should us one of them.

what you need is to patch the game and also allow us to change the country that our team are from it's hard for me care about my friend when he's a Mexican (nothing racist it just breaks my feelings for him plus it would stop him shouting taco in my ear every time his dude gets a kill) but i do look forward to this :)

Hah one of the best glitches showcased in this. Oh a thin mans just gonna pop in here, he didnt get a turn though so maybe that's patched and not that much of a problem... hmmm heres hoping.

No, it's not. It adds 47 new maps, 2 new enemys, 2 new types of soldiers, more missions and 30 new Achievements but it's still the same game. But you will have to buy XCOM: Enemy Unknown again because they have desided to put both on the disc. Don't know about downloading.

Bureau was not that bad, I liked it. It's not true XCOM, more like a spin-off :). I Liked XCOM Enemy Unknown more, but Bureau was ok.
