ARAMCO don't recruit directly. They hire the personnel thru their agents based in the countries where from they would like to hire. Like Karachi, Mumbai, Beirut, Cairo, Houston etc etc.

For those in the comments, valuation is an "estimate", it's up to investors to decide how much they want to pay and it's up the company to decide wether or not to go public. The higher the oil prices the higher the valuation.
For those wanting Sandi's oil to come to zero, the world right now has limited oil production spare capacity. Saudi Arabia's oil production represents around 13% out of the world's production of oil (comparable to the US, and Russia). Any disruptions in production means everything is going to be expensive for consumers (anything made of plastics or anything petrochemical based is going to be expensive).
For those talking about oil production decline, You know what is ironic. Countries whose oil production peaked, their oil fields matured, and own less reserves didn't stop producing oil until now. Oil production doesn't stop suddenly in conventional oil fields. However, there is a decline trend that can be spotted if a country's production numbers started to go down which is not the case right now. You can stop the decline by production enhancement technologies or drilling in new locations.
That's why the world is after Afghanistan. As its the only country unexploited

Aramco doesn't need to list itself on public exchanges because they are already raking in cash. The reason they are listing just 5% is so that they will have to disclose their reserves as part of going public. They will probably have a big surprise for everyone about how vast their reserve is.
Well it turns out their reserves are indeed large, theyre sitting on 17-20 trillion, maybe more if oil barrel prices go up.
Why would they disclose their reserves? Wouldn't they want to keep that information to themselves?

The fact that America is set to be the largest oil producer in the world in 2019 (maybe it already is) will put continuous production on oil prices going forward so forget the days of $120/barrel. Electric cars gainjng wide adoption in next 10 years is another risk to oil prices.

Oil will continue to be important for years to come, but not long from now, the bigger issue will be SAND.
Carbon is carbon, and it flows in the atmosphere and the water.
Saudi Arabia has lots of land for Solar, and Sand.
I think it’s important for them to be conservative and see the big picture in the next 500 years.
Oil will continue to be important- that’s not gonna go away, and it can continue to do well.
- the bigger issue is balancing the other side of the carbon equation. That’s really all that’s necessary- but that requires them to cultivate relationships with others that would on the surface seem like competition, in fact it requires them to cooperate to see their long term vision come to fruition.
They need to keep in mind- they are all one side of the equation, and it has to balance out like the new carbon economy.
They already have a head start. It requires everybody to think several hundred years into the future.
