Poorly researched and produced video tbh. The rich don't go to the frame. Why is there a long segment of someone making pasta. I was genuinely interested in the premise but..
Dubai has lots of pretty buildings and roads, but there's really nothing to do once you leave your hotel that doesn't take a millionaire's budget. It's not like most American or European cities where you can just walk around for a day and experience the sights and sounds. Everything is too far apart. Picture Vegas, but without the alcohol and pretty girls.
When you have too much money to spent, you will start crave for experience, just to fulfil the emptyness within like plain boring same old rich man life. If the rich don't do this, they will feel too bored, and start questioning the reason to be alive. You're lucky that they didn't crave 'the hunger games' or start hunting human for fun.
I don't know why people are hating uae ? They never cheated anyone , they never looted or scammed like west and most important they never tell anyone to come and work in Dubai
The scale of wealth is crazy. You can have a .0000001% spending $50K and night, and there’s still a .00000001% who’s like $50K a night is for the poor, I pay $100K
Every place feels soulless if you have no social circle there. Ask the 80s/90s kids raised in Dubai and there’s no place in the world that comes close. Not even talking about these ultra luxury locations.
Great video, CNBC International. Excited to see your next upload from you. I clicked the thumbs up icon on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! The highlights of luxury in Dubai were captivating! How do you think the increasing number of high-end resorts will impact the overall tourism landscape in the region?
They go to DIFC to haunt around Zuma, Raspoutine, Amazonico, Socialista etc. To hunt after attractive young escorts after devouring some wagyu and champagne - tbh that is about all the finance folk in Dubai tbh. Weekends are beach clubs and then DIFC in the evening to repeat the same above mentioned activity. Otherwise it’s shopping, coffee in Dubai mall etc or golf/chill in Emirates Hills / Dubai Hills etc etc. Sport bla bla bla. Same as Miami. Nothing unusual for a wealthy financial hub. The end.
Please get your facts straight. Just because you came across a TH-cam video doesn’t mean that’s how things are still done in Dubai. While there are videos of such trucks, most of them are from before 2010. Dubai has advanced significantly since then, and things have changed. In short, that’s not how things work in Dubai anymore.
What you are talking about was in the 2000s. Now we are in the 2020s, Dubai has changed a lot, and its infrastructure is better than most cities in Europe and North America. Fun fact: Dubai doesn't release poop into waterways and rivers contaminating its water table like in Paris. It doesn't provide tinted contaminated water to its residents like in New York.

Italian proverb. The more you show, the less you have...
Sorry to burst your bubble mate but half the Italians you “quote” from are in dubai. Looks like they have a lot in store.
Yea like you.
in Egypt we have a sarcastic proverb that could be used here as well: What would the wind take from the stone floor?

Treasure chest of goodies 😂😂😂 Rich people are so fooled 😂
Going to spend 100 000 $ for one night on a hotel while we have people that are starving.
We really living in a crazy world. No humanity at all
And how much two bites of "spaghetti pomidoro" cost? 😂
I could make that at my place for about four dollars.
An amazing success story!!! One that silences all those who would have doubted the visionary leaders of Dubai.
you dont have to be a visionary when you have tons of money to burn.
Hmmmm........ Hello from Bucharest, Romania - a huge underrated city in Europe:)
Why pay these prices no matter how rich you are it’s just not worth it

I never understood the appeal of Dubai. The only thing to do is go shopping. It’s a soulless city.
well you can't afford it

I Googled "largest mall in the world" and it says not Dubai Mall.
Iran Mall is the biggest.
@@bigjoke7484 Actually it's the one in China.
