I’m up to chapter 5 at the moment and I’m enjoying it. Nothing earth shattering but I found a lot of what was said to be a good reminder and encouragement.

I have just a few chapters left of this. I'm really enjoying it. I think I know at least one of the eyebrow raise spots you're referring to...I did the same🤣. Still a great book that I'm benefiting from and is challenging me to grow in my relationship and walk with Christ.

We studied Denmark recently in our homeschool. While their geography and architecture is very interesting and their culture has some good attributes, they are very liberal minded and lackadaisical about religion. Loose attitude toward public nudity, sexuality, legal underage drinking, most moms working outside the home, next to no homeschooling legally allowed, and easy attitude toward divorce was quite shocking to me. I saw hygge philosophy, but not much holiness in that country. They are not hypocrites though, so I respect their confidence in authentically being who they are. They seem to be a very caring people. I am not saying this to bash their culture, just sharing some of what we learned, because we didn't know much about Denmark previous to our study
