Heres a demo of my newest amp.
I am slightly very much in love with it and I hope that you can see why.

Dave man, you’ve blown me away, yet again.. You have your own sound, an instantly recognisable sound. Only the greats of this world can do that, and you’ve done it. Cool that someone is still reviewing old affordable amps that are off the market and showing us how great some of them are. Too many people only do new stuff or premium budget collectors gear to show off or sell a product. There's plenty of great gems that have fallen under the radar and don't always cost the earth. Admittedly the head box is a bit fancy, not easy to get hold of those affordably unless there is some DIY involved. Looks smashing, if I was back home in the UK I'd probably send your mate some work his way. I have way too many combos and not enough space.

These music rights companies are targeting you because you are such a good musician, they are threatened by your skill and knowledge.
They are loosing revenue because of new access to music that the internet provides, and they are just trying to keep their overpaid homes and the lives they never truly deserved in the first place.
You are the true future of music.. and they cant handle it because they cant really control you. Keep doing what you do, man.. You are one of my favorite guitarists of all time! Don't stop.

Yeah. But, here's the other side of the coin. I have purchased so many CD's and DVD's from things that I saw and heard on TH-cam. I know that I am only one person. But, why the hell don't these companies see the bigger picture? I can't be the only person that has gone: "Damn! I haven't seen/heard (fill in the blank) in ages!" or "Cool! I've never heard that. I'm going to buy that." Sure, downloading is okay. But, for me, I want the physical media in my hands so that it belongs to me. Plus, with the net, it's much easier to buy what you want.

That's rather good playing. Extremely good in fact. I'm surprised you don't get cramp. Regarding your copyright woes, I was playing something which I knew to sound like something else but on checking it via 'Soundhound' (one of those song finding apps), it revealed no close matches, so I wondered if you checked your videos that way, and should no match be found, it may provide a bone of contention for the suits. Just a thought. Keep on playing - you may well get to the rocketship.

Yes, that's my point. If a piece of music could be shown to have multiple similarities (or none), then in the cases of your own improvisations that would perhaps undermine the lawyers' arguments for owning a 'definitive' piece of music. I don't like the suits either, but they are 'superficially' correct and they know it and I don't see how you can challenge them other than on their own ground. I wonder if there are sympathetic legal types out there? Sorry to go on about this, as there is obvious despair in some of your recent uploads, but most importantly, your musicianship isn't being diminished.

Yeah, that was some intensive, breathtaking playing. Luckily Never Fade slowed things down after 29 minutes, cause my blood pressure was getting way too high by then. Man, you are good!

You should get a Nano Russian Big Muff for some Californication tour era tones Dave, it's as close to the Sovtek as you'll get in that lower price range in my opinion!

How I wrote before, if Dave would have been born 50 years earlier he would have become (been) a well-known guitar hero with his style of playing and self-expression. The only other guy (on TH-cam) having similar qualities (although with a different style) is Justin Johnson. Both have this outstanding dedication and are doing their own thing :-) Simply inspiring ...

I have a theory about why they have started hitting Dave hard all of the sudden and it's all to do with Dave's own intro jams and the future of guitar music. The future of music is in state of flux with the traditional avenues drying up and dying literally as the talent they relied upon becomes old, senile and dying off. What's to replace it ? - quite possibly people like Dave who are far superior to anything they have on their books and would never support them in their money grubbing ventures. So this is all about stopping Dave and those like him before he steals their lunch completely from them and leaves them beggared. The fact is Dave produces outstanding music that grabs our attention first and stops us wasting time listening to their stupid manufactured acts, and how they hate it. We salute you Dave and victory will be ours eventually (as they waste their energies sticking white powder up their noses). Todays intro jam another brilliant Tour de Force of exquisite passion and expression. Play on brother.

At the end of the day its TH-cam that people go to to listen to demonstrations of your instruments, and because of article 13 people are scared of playing anything and that’s going to hurt your sales. It’s time some major companies like yourselves who are captains of the music industry started fighting to get article 13 thrown out.

Dave, speaking of all these copyright claims there is an easy way around it. demonetize all your videos and push Patreon. I know you don't want to do that but desperate times means you need to take desperate measures. You have 41,000 subscribers if everybody gave just $1 per month you would be set. Obviously not everybody will pay but, if only 5% of your subscribers gave $1 per month that would be over $2,000/mo to you i'm sure some would give more. I know you're content is sure worth more than $1/mo to me. Don't let all these money hungry big companies steal your money. Push Patreon!
