    Dr. Campbell said "To be so dependent on medicine/drugs instead of food is a travesty of the worst kind" That really sums up this whole notion of food as medicine! He is a true legend! What a great interview Chef AJ! Thank you so much! There really are too many people out there who would rather take a pill to solve their terrible eating habits as opposed to taking food to create good health!

    What an incredible discussion! Dr Campbell’s dedication to pure science runs in complete opposition to the profit-motivated agenda of the “food industry”. His truth will prevail. Each of us who know this truth must do our part: live our best and healthiest life. “He who out-lives the rest of the herd, wins!” 😎

    I am so glad to honor Dr. Campbell, there are so many who fight tooth and nail for the right to die of their cancers, for the sake of their Keto and the decimation of millions of animals when they will not wake up. For mothers who tell a son to save his life, like one of mine, and never wants to talk to me again because dairy is just not healthy. My whole family died of the Standard American Diet. I am so glad that this man tells the truth. He is not the only one who is hated for doing so. We are in a war which is not fought in trenches, for the lives of our addicted family members who won't wake up till after they have had their cancer surgery. No taste on the tongue is worth dying for. If it is, does not that tell you how addicting it is. I do not want to live to be a servant to addiction. I want to be there to help my family, not for them to bury me but so I can help the grandchildren grow up. That is why I want to be healthy. Find something to live for.

    • @TB1M1
      @TB1M1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Keto is over simplfying the issue but good point. It's becoming very hard to speak the truth thesedays.

    • @courag1

      @@TB1M1 My mother and sister died of breast cancer, my sister’s cancer spread to her bones, her brain, her lungs, she died in the worst pain of anyone I’ve ever heard of.
      Animal protein feeds cancer but plant-based protein turns it off. Dr. Ruth Heidrich had an aggressive fast growing breast cancer in the 1960s but hooked up with Dr. John McDougall in Hawaii, who did a lumpectomy but the cancer had moved into her lungs. Dr. McDougall put her on a whole food plant-based diet with most of it raw. The cancer retreated and did not advance, the body walled it off. She is in her 80s now and even at her age she does Iron Man events and always wins as there is no one else competing in her category, she also always finishes.
      This is the power of plant-based eating. My mother-in-law also died of cancer, my husband had prostate cancer. I am the only one left of my nuclear family. So forgive me if it is a matter of life and death to me as it is.
      I was in a wheelchair due to arthritis, I no longer have need of that chair, but the diet solved my lifelong asthma, eczema and hyperhidrosis and my overweight issues.
      I take no mediations as I don’t need any.
      I don’t feel 69. I have lived 5 years longer at this point than my older sister.
      Animal protein makes things grow, when we are young, that may be okay, but we only need maintenance as adults unless we have a crush injury. So meats make bizarre things grow like the Winchester House. We don’t need it and this can kill us. I’ve become an excellent plant-based cook, the food is delicious.
      It is a better way to live.
