Wow! What an honour to be mentioned alongside so many amazing creators and filmmakers - thank you for including me in this list! Goes without saying but I've been happily subscribed to your channel for a while now, so it was a nice surprise to see this come up!
Favorite influences: Media Division, Studio Binder, Philip Bloom, Matteo Bertoli, of two lands, Slice of Life, In Depth Cine and Jake Hayden. Been getting into the Blackmagic cameras recently and your channel popped up so subbed some time ago, love the videos keep them coming.
Or is it just that after years of watching TH-cam filmmakers, the the best naturally float to the top? By the way, your list should, but can’t include you Jake. I get it.
I have a bunch of the same inspirations! Especially Arrival -- loved how Bradford Young somehow made the image look "underexposed" but you could see everything perfectly fine.
Gerald Undone lost me when he told us he had autism and then, like he has never done before, started acting & looking around the place like Dustin Hoffman's character in the movie 'Rain Man'.
Hi - Thank you for including me in your list! Really appreciate it!! Wish you all the best, Darren. (subscribed!)

Thanks for making awesome stuff! You’re one of the absolute greats
Great video! Some others who I really like these days are Blaine Westropp, By Almén, and the Wandering DP. They all worth cheking out I think ;)
Great video. Always good practice to honor your influences!

I’d say Cullen Kelly, Luc Forsyth, Josh Sattin, Matteo… yeah you’re right there are too many.
@DannyGevirtz is who inspired me to write my feature film. Him and @ZachMayfield are my favorite TH-camrs to learn from
When you’re looking for quality over quantity, Jake Hayden is pretty solid for all around filmmaking and content creation.
Thanks for saying that, that’s really nice
You are on my list for sure!
I dig your videos dog and I’m with you on all these folks.
Aw thanks, I appreciate that

Thanks Jake. Heartily agree! Have you checked out Flo at Of Two Lands? Another example of some lovely work here on YT...and on BM cameras. Cheers.
Well, now I have new people to learn from. Ha ha ha, thanks for making this.
From the realm of custom culture artists (Car art) there are so few when it comes to YT. So maybe we can all learn from all of you guys.
"good artists copy, great artists steal"
-That psycho italian dude who was real from time to time.
This was really well said.
