Both of his sons are on Facebook. Neither one looks particularly like him. There are no current pics of him on their Facebook pages, but their mother Linda is. I'm guessing they got divorced at some point. Apparently he remained with Highland High School in Bakersfield for his entire teaching career. Later on he would become the head coach for the school's baseball team.
Jeff, to put it in perspective, I was making $8600 as a high school teacher and varsity coach when I won a total of $13,000. You can imagine how impactful that was back in 1970. Truly a wonderful experience.

Sometimes Jack unintentionally sounds like Mork from Ork. I do get a kick out of his phony theatrical accent-it's affected, but he's able to make fun of himself and his playboy/dandy/snobby image and was a very entertaining guest on this show.
