This is so weird! At the bar where I work, they show Match Game during the daytime, on the Game Show Network. Down there, we're on Match Game 78, and I've seen at least three of this season's questions come up recently. They just had the "head shaped like and instrument" question, and most of the panel said "violin." The writers must have kept the old questions in a file cabinet, and recycled them later if they were running dry.
Notice how Richard kissed Jenny; NOTHING like how he kissed Loren. Nothin like big boobs! Then he says to Loren "I'm surprised you can stand up straight." Holi moli...#metoo! Gotta love the 70's! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
joyce's answer of "i''ve seen better looking legs on a [camel]" was pretty good. have no idea what made her think of it. one of the funniest things i've ever seen was on the game show 'love connection' with chuck woolery, a couple goes on a date and then talks about it on the show. there was a black couple who did not hit it off at all, they were trading insults and the guy finally goes, "chuck, i've see better looking legs in a bucket of chicken."
As much as I appreciate the time and effort it must take to post these videos, and I really do appreciate it, it does take some of the fun out of it, when I can see the winner of the next three episodes picture, next to the title, on the right of the screen.

H/H match update: ... Today marks Richard's 300th (!) go at the head-to-head match! (For some perspective, if you add all the attempts by everyone else on the big leader board, you only get to 189!) "Natural ______" is the question. My first thought was "natural born killers," but I realized that was anachronistic (the film came out in 1994), and I couldn't think of another response in time. The contestant gave what I thought was a good response, but sadly no match today. Here's the updated leader board showing the 11 celebs with at least 3 H/H matches, ranked by accuracy: Orson Bean - 100% (4 wins in 4 attempts). Gary Burghoff - 83.3% (5 wins in 6 attempts). TIE: Jo Anne Worley - 75% (3 wins in 4 attempts). TIE: Joyce Bulifant - 75% (3 wins in 4 attempts). Fannie - 50% (9 wins in 18 attempts). Betty - 48.4% (15 wins in 31 attempts). Charles - 45.2% (19 wins in 42 attempts). Jo Ann Pflug - 44.4% (8 wins in 18 attempts). Richard - 38.7% (116 wins in 300 attempts). Brett - 38.3% (18 wins in 47 attempts). Bert Convy - 33.3% (5 wins in 15 attempts). *These stats include every head-to-head match from episode 1 through 548, excluding the lost/missing episodes: 31, 32, 33, 311, 312, 313, 324, 325. (As per MatchGameProductions, these episodes "are nowhere to be found and also aren't in the Goodson/Todman Library. Sadly, looks like they are lost forever!")
It would be interesting to see how many of their missed matches were due to the contestants giving a bad answer versus the celebrities giving a bad answer.
@@MsTexas73 True! I've thought about that too. Some of the time it might be fairly obvious which answer is "bad" but often it would be a judgment call, simply a matter of opinion. Of course, I think my opinion is best (ha ha) but I'm sure others would disagree, so I'm sticking to objective data (match/no match) for now!
Did anyone notice at 13:39 when Gene introduced Ben the handsome pornography writer, Gene called out Charles' name and the camera showed Charles with a big smile?
Does Joyce realize that the point of the game is to match the contestants so they can win money??? She never seems to care about getting the right answer. lol But she is very delightful!
I thought of the great song "Natural Woman." I like this episode and time period very much. Nice spirit on the show. I like Jenny as well, although I'm heart broken Lauren lost in #548.

He kissed everyone the same, it's her that turned the kiss into a make out session. 😵😄
Notice, she also turned her cheek. I think she's beautiful with class. 😊❤
Great color for a jacket if you just won the “Masters “ golf tournament.
Guess who grew up in the 80s or later: men's suits can be gray, blue, blue-gray, gray-blue, or black.
Brett thinks it's a shade of blue.
10:03 ...and I love all of YOU!
Lauren looks she's from another time period...barely any make up at all. Very beautiful
The natural makeup look was In.

stuffed cabbage is delicious, gene was a son of croatian immigrants so he had to go into the dish.
Well Brett did ask what that was...

No kvetching allowed !
@@joeambrose3260 Except for you, apparently.
I agree. Just show photos of panelists, not contestants. However, I don't know if it's true, but I read that TH-cam chooses the thumbnail photos.

Did everyone laugh at "empty handed" for Lauren because they thought it was another boob joke?
Floymin of course 🙄
except for Richard..
Richard said something we couldn't hear.
This woman looks like Trish Van Devere, one of George C. Scott's wives! I looked up George to check her out, and then her.
Nice job, Sherlock. Now start working on the Da Vinci code
Agree!
Thanks Buddy :)

Great Videos. 😊😁😘😍❤️💖💕
This show aged so well
I wonder what happened to Lauren
It's kind of obvious she was looking to get into the Biz and appeared here to try to get her SAG card.
She had a GLASS EYE!
Does Joyce realize that the point of the game is to match the contestants so they can win money??? She never seems to care about getting the right answer. lol But she is very delightful!
Her voice is irritating
Kay Stevens n a few others were lousy worse than Joyce I happen to like Joyce
Yes, like Brett. Nobody mentions Brett because she was a regular, but her voice and constant need for attention was excruciating
I thought of the great song "Natural Woman." I like this episode and time period very much. Nice spirit on the show. I like Jenny as well, although I'm heart broken Lauren lost in #548.
Joyce always gives the cutest answers. Cute but wrong!
Well she has matched 244 times (MG73-75, 79, MGSynd and MGPM).. ;0) Granted she has only matched twice this week so far.. ;0)
Not always she's better than a few others which will remain nameless
Not
Panelists:
1. Avery Schreiber
2. Brett Somers
3. Charles Nelson Reilly
4. Lana Wood
5. Richard Dawson
6. Joyce Bulifant
Free spirit flying!
Ginny looked like she had to go to the bathroom.
Richard Richard Richard Richard.........Richard!
Ben Jennings, that's the dad of Ken Jennings from Jeopardy!
Did you notice at 13:39 Gene introduced that guy Ben, and then called Charles' name, and then the camera showed Charles with a big smile on his face?
@@pencils812 from time to time he calls on Charles because he's not looking or clapping, and he usually gives that smile when Gene does that.
Is that a fact or are you just funning?
Wow, a very rare credit roll at the end of today's episode. Normally they just do it on Friday. Nice surprise.
Better looking legs, THAN A PIANO!
Happy for Jenny, but this is the saddest episode ever as Lauren Simon had two difficult questions. Bye bye beautiful.

Why does Brett repeatedly over several episodes say Gene's jacket is teal blue? It's green!
I'm hardly a color expert, so I just Googled "teal blue color" and the landing page shows several color squares the exact same shade as Gene's jacket today.

Joyce’s voice is very irritating.
I think Joyce has a great voice
I swear I've heard the spin the blank question twice before, now before I forget I hope Jenny was a naughty nurse
Charles always steals answers from Richard.

Has anyone seen the episode that Betty is talking about at the end of the video at 2:50?
