- www.gcjetskifishing.com for all the jetski fishing accessories you see in this video.
A quick afternoon trip jet ski fishing in shallow water catching Trevally on soft plastics and hard body lures like the new Beady-eye Kabura. The wind was slightly challenging today making drifts inconsistant and hard to predict, but I finally found where the fish were and starting catching fish.
I'm finally back with another video! Give it a like!
Thanks for sharing! Just subscribed!
Hey are you able to do a video on how you tie down your rods, nets and gaffs...... while on the water?
Hey mate, I dont actually tie them down, dont find a need to
GC Jetski Fishing ohh interesting, I’ve just got a 2010 GTX155 and just getting into jetski fishing and your videos have been real awesome to watch during this lockdown because it’s given me heaps of ideas
@@kwik_dutchmen1916 thats awesome to hear mate. Yeah since getting my new ski I never even put the tethers on the fishing kit because I never use them
Good sesh apart from the broken rod , good to see you posting again
Thanks Kev, I will try to keep them regular, hopefully this whole crisis doesn't make things too hard!
@@GCJetskiFishing at least us fishermen won't starve and we will be self isolating at the same time
@@SRVACE exactly! Kind of looking forward to it :)
good news is you get to buy another rod :-) good watch.
Cheers mate! The only problem now is not being able to leave the house!
@@GCJetskiFishing all the honest ones have the same problem haha. Good time to sort things out tho aye
Definately can't complain that I haven't got any time to work on unfinished projects now!
Keen for info on that fuel tank! I've already bought your sounder mounts and am about to grab the rear rod holders :)
Hey mate, hope the sounder mount is working well for you! I will have the fuel tanks for sale on my website once I am happy with the final product, cheers
A really good excuse to go shopping and buy another rod (and accessories of course) :)
Haha thats right buddy!
What tides have you found to work the best at the entrance? Incoming or outgoing?
Incoming is usually better
yo man long time since u uploaded. also gr8 session at the river mouth again. u really had a gr8 run with that rod for a long time thats for sure and that trev really did pack a solid punch. still at least u had a spare rod unlike me wen i was on the wharf!
Haha yeah man was really lucky i had another rod with me for sure!
G BANGER!!!
Like a choo choo train
Bit of high stick action! haha bugger. Good video mate.
Yeah i felt so stupid when it happened!
Coxie back at it!
Guess whos backkk! And breaking rods haha
Wasn't that much of a "high stick"! Carbon rods... Fuel tank working out well?
I think it was because I grabbed it half way down the rod and loaded up the middle section... fuel tanks working well so far!
Hi mate, love your videos and it's good to see you back. Have you tried using a Shakespeare ugly stick for softbaiting? You can top load them all day. That's all I ever fish with.
Hey mate, no I havent tried the ugly stick... this rod served me well, its caught plenty of big snapper and kingfish but i felt silly because I knew I shouldnt have tried lifting it like I did, lesson learnt though!
Hey mate, what was the kg rating on your Shimano shadow x nano rod? Nice combo with the 4000 bait runner
Hey John... think it is rated at 6 to 10kg, a little bit heavier than I would like for lure fishing. Its a combo I won in a recent competition
Awesome video man, do you have a specific area / softbait you get the trevally?
Thanks mate, the trevally seem to move around so its just a matter of finding them. Grey coloured softbaits have always worked well for me
GC Jetski Fishing so you never fish out past the sandbanks? Your always generally opposite them?
Fishpro accessories 👍
Cheers mate, trying to cater to the seadoo crowd too!
