i have constantly lots of fat around the heat frame. how do you clean it properly?
oh mijn god dit is oud. Dit is ongeveer uit de tijd dat ik mijn cobb heb gekocht. Ik zag hem in de schuur staan en dacht ik zoek ff wat ideeen op.
Ik heb hem hoofdzakelijk op mn boot gebruikt voor wat vlees grillen, boot ligt nu op de kant en ik was benieuwd hoe andere hem gebruiken.
* toch niet, in de tijd dat ik hem kocht had je geen zwart etc .. alleen metalen buitenkant. Ik weet nog dat ik heb gekocht op de visma en toen was hij echt net nieuw in nl.

Greetings from Argentina!. I have been looking for a bbq for the balcony of my appartment. Here, in my building, it is not allowed to bbq indoors, that is why it is very important that the artifact doesnt impact in terms of smoke and smell. Besides, I have a very important question: I have no doubt that the Cobb delivers beatifully, the question is if the meat keeps the flavor of a traditional grilled meat (with the charateristic flavor of the charcoal) or just provides an excellent cooking. If this is the case I would just buy an electrical oven and cook without the possible troubles with my neighbours. Thank you very much.
+Fernando Diaz It has less of the barbecue experience of what you might expect. I would recommend buying something else if you are looking for that real charcoal experience

Hey Cookin with Surfin Sapo , Doug Evans' son, Chris, has used one of these for a few years. He and his wife use it camping and love it.
Cookin with Surfin Sapo *****,this grill is the bomb..it does and outstanding job with just a little bit of charcoal. As a matter of fact we cooked a whole meal on it in our backyard as a test..very versatile with the the add on accessories!

Really nice to see somebody using the charcoal version. Very nice and informative video. One question regarding the Cobb-Stone, how long does it approx. last at a usable temperature? Exited to see you showing us the possibilities! Have a great weekend!
