Daryl is fantastic. He has some beautiful songs and his voice is great! John often helped out artists particularly those going solo and encouraged them, and would lend his voice quite often. Our Aussie artists even now have the utmost respect for John. He really is the G.O.A.T ❤🎉 oh Fellipe those high notes - it has to be John ❤😂
Hi Debbie, I went to a girls' school, and there were two groups....Sherbet fans and Bay City Rollers fans. I went to see the Rollers twice in concert, but Sherbet were my favourite Aussie group... Summer love, Slipstream....Australian music in the 70's and 80's were the best. And yes, every John Farnham fan knows exactly what you're saying about John helping other artists. A very generous man. ❤
@@Jojomac-ix7oi Hey Jojo. I had the Osmonds up all over my walls LOL!! I always loved John but I didn't appreciate our Aussie legends until much later, but I'm thoroughly enjoying them and their talents are off the charts. 🤩
@AussieDebb and they called it puppy love.... It was definitely Donny Osmond before the Bay City Rollers. I remember winning an Osmond pack on the local Brisbane radio station 4IP. I wagged school to collect my prize. I know what you're saying about back then. I remember Raindrops as my first Johnny Farnham song. I think I was a bit too young then. But I'm certainly making up for it now. I kick myself so often that I didn't go to expo '88 and watch John, but I was in Dalby with a couple of kids by then. It makes me sad sometimes, but he is my number 1 now, and I'm happy about that. ❤️❤️
Hi AussieDeb, Have you ever found a way to have the film clip to the Horses shown on TH-cam? A few TH-camrs have actually reacted to it, and it wasn't blocked, but most say they can't.
