Consider doing entire bike on-camera glance in the beggining of videos (and maybe in the end as well if it makes sense) as an swift bike overview for us since there are so many different bikes on this channel.
yes those rear wheel ebike engines get out really hard, i use to just spread the rear end of the frame with the fingers away from the axle, just small right pointed force at those special washers, that keep the rear axle fitted in the frame. ^^
@@NiceBikeService yes its unbelievable how this heavy wheel ( with engine ) just wont come out even using so much force :D I feel you :) I know that. now winter is coming and I can start my personal bike projects when i finished all the customers bikes and the waiting queue is empty ^^ best regards from Germany :=)
@@NiceBikeService I should definately take more care of thos spots, since my customers are mostly living right in my street and i just see them driving by from my House :D so i have very small intervalls of service. I clean their bikes hotspots very often, to prevennt that. BUt maybe i should put some grease on the surface of the frames hook, where those washers touch them. Thank you for your experience, it will definately help me for the future :) especially, it may even help getting them out next time more easily ^^ Best regards
Interesting case. Seems like DIY electric motor wheel, and the rim is not for electobicycles. I think you will replace the rim next year for more robust.
Nowadays it is very difficult to find a quality rim with 36 holes for reasonable money, and either very cheap and crooked or expensive for DH, and all motors on sale have 36 holes for spokes. So the companies that assemble the wheels with the motor put these cheap and low-quality rims. And there are no such rims for tubeless use at all
You are using the wrong end of the spanner when you are taking the wheel of the bicycle. Doing it this way usually results in rounded nuts and bolts so this is literally how to not fix a bicycle wheel.
There is such a problem. Wheel motors have 36 spoke holes, and it is very difficult to find a quality rim with 36 holes, most have 32. Therefore, they often spoke on cheap, low-quality rims

Thanks for the advice. Sometimes it still sticks to the frame under the influence of moisture and sand😁

Thank you very much
🤗❤️
5:37 it's only a matter of time before the rim breaks, replace it with a stronger one that has an eyelets
رائع جدا ✔🗼💐
Nice work!!♥
Hey, I wanted ask what syringe and needle you use for grease application ?
Thank you for your comment and viewing. A regular syringe from a pharmacy, and instead of a needle, a glue or flux nozzle from a tool store
Додивився докінця 😊

glad to be of service! thanks for your feedback 😘
Why would you want to make your life so Difficult! The bike was meant to be simple. But that's just me.
That's why workshops exist, so that you can enjoy riding and not bother with bike maintenance
Excelente..

A strange remark. It's not easy to get to the nut of a wheel with a motor
Good work 👍😁🙋
Thanks for the visit
Good Job! Can you sent a link to your Trueing Stand that you´re using? Greez from Germany

You can accelerate up to 50 km/h from the mountain😆. I don't really know, as it was a bike of the workshop's client
