In order to fix this problem, we need remove the brake disc and remove the pads.
We will degrease the pads and brake disc. Everybody must be perfectly free of residues of grease and debris.

I did all that and much more. Manyvtimes. Bought 3 x high end discs, expensive discs etc....for years. And always, problems came back after 50-100 km. With other words, just another scam of the bike industry. All my five bikes, vintage steel and 1 modern have now ultegra or shimano 600 rim brakes and never any issue anymore. And I live in a very hilly area and cycle average 350 km weekly in all weather

Thing is oil get in the pads and tech speaking you cant get that out. Burning it works but also destroys the bonding. So short life span. Also if the disc squeak to long the resonance can form wobbles in the rotor and that also can't be fixed. Get like cable Avid BB7 or any Shimano hydraulic ones, and use semi metallic pads for all weather. Money doesn't fix anything. Its knowing what's wrong trying to fix it no mater if its some 4 piston ceramic caliper or the much basic one with 2 plastic pistons.

I personally wouldn’t do this on those level of brakes for a customer, I recommend a hydraulic setup due to the cost of doing this vs a set even very budget Shimano MT201’s being that they will get consistent and better braking as a result - not everyone has €500 to spend on Hope or Magura brakes but just €50 on the base Shimano would actually stop a bike with tyres like that - plus a minimum of 200mm rotors due to the torque against the calliper.
Only cable disc brake that works is the BB7….and they pretty much on get used on Bmx, DJ & touring bikes.

Min 1:35
Was sprühst du auf die Bremsen, irgendein Reinigungsbenzin? Min 1:35

Guten Tag.

Brakes that squeal when wet cannot be fixed. That's just the way it is. Changing rotors or pad material can sometimes lower the volume. It's trial and error until you find the combination that is tolerable when wet. Usually not worth going down that road because diagnoses by part replacement gets expensive. Every make and model is different. What works for one brake set might make another one worse.
