From what I learned from talking to ex-travel nurses is that applicants looking to apply for travel nursing jobs should get at least two to three years of acute bedside care experience. There's not gonna be any room for adequate training. As you mentioned, they expect you to do everything, and anything right away. Going in right away to travel nursing without any experience could be a liability on your license. While there's some exceptions, in general you'll get more training and orientation if you're a staff nurse. Keep up the good work with these videos!
For sure! Looking back it would be more wise to get some experience before travel nursing because the training is crucial unless the hospital can guarantee that you’ll get some residency ahead of time which is rare!

Some agencies help with this transition but my current agency does not. If you want a green card you have to find an agency that will help sponsor you or work for a hospital directly (most hospitals will sponsor you)

Yes, I have to file USA taxes for the state I’m in!
