- When you have the error SelfLevel.Susp.Inact.(SLS) in your dash, and you already check the fuse from the right hand side in the boot, your bags for air leaks, and all height sensors are OK, then this is your problem ➡️ Compressor O-ring.
This is for 4.8is engine, with 2x axle air bags, but i think this problem can be fixed for the one with rear air bags aswell.
Here you have a video how to open the compressor and how to change the O-ring:
• Bmw X5 E53 Air Suspens...
Here is the username from ebay, from where you can purchase the O-ring kit: bagpipingandy
PSA: if you have this error message pop out, make sure you check the *FUSE* in the rear fusebox of your vehicle first before doing anything else. Ive had the error message before and simply replacing the faulty fuse fixed the issue.
Ничего не поняла, но было интересно.
Hi i have converted my E53 to standard shocks and springs how do i delete the error message on the dash board
And these green LEDs don't light up at all, what could be the problem?
Mi compresor si enciende.. Pero no lo hace de forma automática que debo hacer.
What did you do?
Would this fix e53 3.0i too just rear suspension? Both bags changed today, still sagging and inac message
Yes, can be fixed on 3.0i with just rear bags aswell.
Any links for parts needed, and where is the self levelling kit situated please
Check the description, and you will find the username of the seller from ebay.

how to fix it?
Help me .
I have bmw x5 e53 .
EHC not working.
But the car goes up with the computer (autel ) alone .
Hi did you ever manage to fix that? I can raise and lower the car using inpa but error still there
Hello
How did you program the bmw motorsport text on the obc
Using the module called MODLIGHT2. You can change it and write whatever you want.
Or you can use the RESLER usbStick if you have Android satnav.
What software are you using?
Inpa
@@BogdanGoguBjp okay, I’ll have to run mine and see what it says. I have the same thing and the TPMS light is on too
If you have TPMS to sure you have a height sensor broken aswell.
Make sure you order the correct sensor for the side you need...best way is to take your sensor out and check the part number then order it.
@@BogdanGoguBjp do you have a way we can correspond? Email perhaps?
@@raviweaver8406 facebook, find me on name BOGDAN GOGU....have a profile photo with my kids inside my X5.
Hi I got same problem but my switch leveler won't green light ? How I can chek it or fuse
Need to scan the car and see the errors...almost any error that you have, can delete it and the green light should come back.
I did that and clear all of them after that was working , then start driving then light went off again, I don't know If it's compressor or something else, wat did u replace on ur video wat was the problem ? Did u change any parts
@@TI00777 what error did you find when you scan it ?
@@TI00777Hi have you got the issue fixed , if so can you share what it was ?
