Excellent, I didn't cop on to what PDG was with the last update, and was a bit bemused with USD so this video really helped. Is there any way that one would be able to EVER animate the parameters on a HDA in a game engine? Or does the per frame cooking rule that out?
Cheaper? 269$ per year for Indie version is cheap enough. OK, 4495$ for FX version isn't, but when you need to buy FX it means you can afford it, you can earn more than 100k $ a year. For big/medium studios it's not a problem. If you're freelancer or smaller studio go for Indie, it has almost the same functionality as FX version.
God Houdini is miraculous. Now I wish I had started learning it much sooner.
Best introduction to PDG I'll share this massively. Thanks
Amazing presentation! On point and really insightful!
Thank you Robert Magee and thanks for uploading! :)
Damn that book tool is nice
