What a typical, "traditional" American thing to say. 🙄 The wife could be working just as hard as the husband, you never know... She may also need a break from hard work too. This is not the 1930s where men made enough money to bring home while the wife cooks, clean, and raise their children. Women work just as hard as men nowadays, even when they aren't fit for it. Some women live with deadbeats and leeches that they can't get rid off while they go off and make the money. This is 2024, not the early 1900s.
I did that for my mom when I moved closer to her and discovered that their concrete driveway that was only big enough to fit 2 cars single file was actually only half visible and was big enough to fit 4 cars, she couldn't believe it... plus I found a paved walkway that went from the driveway in front and wrapped all the way around the house!
I'm not sure why, but every sped-up landscaping video reminds me of "Maniac Mansion" on NES. It has to be something about the audio. I haven't played that game in 35 years; yet, everytime I watch a time-lapse landscape video, my mind reverts to "Maniac Mansion".
see my neighbor had that over growth on his walk...i went over just b4 he was going to throw grass into yard waste bag,,,can i have ...yes..took it to repair my lawn from driveway ruts...kids walking across grass path...other areas...free sod...
