Plus we have Trompos that can be either Al Pastor which is pork or Sirloin which is beef. I can't forget to mention Tacos de Asada which are done on a pan which has a bump in the middle and you can eat Res, Cuerito, Chorizo, Seso, Lengua, Tripa y Campechano. Look that up I'm sure mosto fo you will like them.

Most taco trucks/ street vendors that I went to in L.A seemed to use cheap meat like chuck roast or something or they would fry the hell out of it on the griddle in oil so it would be crispy. That's nice if it's 2am and you just left the bar! Making it at home is the best!
A couple little Mexican places where I live make some killer tacos the same way they're being made here and I could eat these every day for the rest of my life I never get tired of em they're delicious

It is a true Mexican taco because coriander and lemon are an important part of Mexican cuisine as well as corn tortillas which are not like those served by taco bell, (which by the way in Mexico are called tostadas)
Yes they do there's a variety of different cuts you can use as well if you're not sure find a carniceria in your area where they have the meat prepped for you already
