Motorhead Live fast Die old Part 2

- MOTÖRHEAD are rock's most stubborn survivors. Formed in 1975 by rock legend Lemmy Kilmister, they were once one of Britain's biggest bands. Renowned for being among the heaviest drinking, drug-fuelled womanisers in the business, the band made the 'Guinness Book of Records' as the loudest band ever. In the early eighties they blasted their way to the top of the charts with 'Ace of Spades'. Almost thirty years on, 'Motörhead: Live Fast, Die Old' follows behind the scenes as Lemmy and his band set off on their next U.K. tour. Lemmy is now 57. He still drinks a bottle of bourbon a day and shows little sign of slowing down. But how and why does he keep going? From Lemmy's West Hollywood apartment, crammed with Nazi memorabilia, knives and gothic skulls - to Norwich Student Union, Portsmouth Guildhall and the after gig parties in Newcastle, Manchester and Wolverhampton - the band are booked to play eleven towns in 13 days, living and sleeping on the same bus. Playing the same music, wearing the same clothes and still as controversial as they've always been, can a band really survive without changing?

MOTORHEAD FOREVER 2024!!!!!!!!!!!!
Somebody stole is hat and a fan found it at a party and got it back to him tell me that ain’t one of the coolest stories ever
This is funny watching them not know how bad the future gets with vapes and stuff
so blessed i got to see lemmy 3 months before he died. i love watching these interviews hes the most interesting and oddball rock star ever. never seems to fail haha
Every music artist should treat their fanbase like Motorhead has! Im a songwriter and musician myself and it BUGS ME TO HELL when I see famous musicians acting all big headed and not giving the love back to the fans that basically pay for their fancy cars and mansions. Whenever I have gigs, Im always grateful when someone wants to come say hey after the set and talk. Its a great feeling to have people that genuinely care about your art.
Yep.. I'm also a full-time musician and like to meet people after the gig.. never ignore anyone.. they pay my wages, and for that, i am eternally grateful.
30 March 1979, my 18th birthday I saw Motorhead at the corn exchange Cambridge England. A great night out. Lemmy, Phil thy animal Taylor and fast Eddie Clark. The best line up ever.
Happy belated birthday Lem Mötorhead family Loves you & Will never forget & Will always miss you Mötorhead forever 🤠🖤🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻🎸🎶
..... Lemmy und seine Truppe waren und bleiben für mich die Größen , .... habe sie schon mit 15 verehrt und tue es noch heute , mit 63 .... !!! .... wollte , Lemmy wäre noch in Aktion .... 😢😢

I love to live that lifestyle. I'm a motorhead fan and Lemmy fan forever dude.
Hell yeah... I'm a power drinker myself
@@chrisowens641 Be careful with alcohol withdrawal. That stuff can be brutal. I had panic attacks that came and went at random for 2 years after I stopped.
"She wasnt tied to the bed, she was hanging from the ceiling"

MIKKEY DE IS DOING SNUUUSS YEEAAA
He counts Money faster than my Wife.
haha I love the bit about how he's happy that his fans are putting their energy into motörhead than awful things like religion or politics "that much.. keen-ness"
This guy , this enigmatic superhero of pop culture and just in general the epitome of the finesse that a true , genuine and Wonderfull antihero can be is extremely gratifying , ingratiating and a fine example to what I term as , and this is not my own term and perhaps more on that letter or maybe not as well;, we'll see , an uber rock god . His skill and his rock n roll defining guitar playing and singing and musicianship I say that because I am fairly sure he has played various instruments is what many would describe as ground breaking and genre defining and just general non descriptive badassery .. and so to cap up my praise and telling of what is just the honest truth , I mean what more can I say ? , and get to what my various points and anecdotes and storytelling truth is , would just be summed up in a single word and that word is "awesome ' .. now , I suppose many words could be used and to boil it all down to one adjective is misleading to what expressions need to be expressed , ahhh but I digress because it is the mission I came to deliver ... and delivered it is .
This the fucking best ,love Lemmy ,such cool shit I've never seen Well anyways my older brothers friend but on Ace of Spades after getting high and I believed it but I hooked on Motorhead
love it.
Truly THE last great rockstar. So brutally honest. I fuckin luvim lol.
I'm a Christian and I find Lemmy hilarious haha the pictures of Jesus part haha
lemme would of found christians hilarious
Lemmy, what a guy
Saw them in Wolverhampton in 1998 I think it was. Awesome! Legend, Lemmy. Some of the comments of the narrator are unfair untrue. They set the standards for many other bands that came after like Metallica.
Lemmy would hate the current world.
He is Literally turning in his grave...
Hey let’s not give into the lame… somebody’s gotta bring it just like lemmy. There will always be lame masses. keep the infectious enthusiasm of rock ‘n’ roll alive. We have no excuse. Nostalgia is a lie
At 2.14 the Motorhead Superfan rolling a spliff.youd almost think he has rolle done or two in his time eh?.......HAHAHA!

Shame that even when having money some conditions get you.
That was a positive comment had to be there to know what it's about
I have to admit, a bunch of dude groupies is kinda f*ckin weird.
Until u see the cash come in..
Hell no it ain't. Music is badass
It's called Brotherhood.
Look into it.
Sad to live live like that.
Nah , sad is not being smart or open minded enough to realize that each individual should live the way he chooses. I would bet my last dollar that he was happier with his life than you are with yours.
Doing what you love is sad? I bet your a 9-5 ham and egger
@@michaelhunziker7287 Yes, it is sad. Hey, whatever makes you happy. I say yeah to his achievements. Great music!!!! Lifestyle nope!!! There are pluses and minuses of every choice we make. I value other things in life that is all. Everyone entitled to his opinion?
That guy from the beginning, didnt like one bit, such a wannabe badass lol
Really?
Coke ⚡
