Motorhead Live fast Die old Part 3

- MOTÖRHEAD are rock's most stubborn survivors. Formed in 1975 by rock legend Lemmy Kilmister, they were once one of Britain's biggest bands. Renowned for being among the heaviest drinking, drug-fuelled womanisers in the business, the band made the 'Guinness Book of Records' as the loudest band ever. In the early eighties they blasted their way to the top of the charts with 'Ace of Spades'. Almost thirty years on, 'Motörhead: Live Fast, Die Old' follows behind the scenes as Lemmy and his band set off on their next U.K. tour. Lemmy is now 57. He still drinks a bottle of bourbon a day and shows little sign of slowing down. But how and why does he keep going? From Lemmy's West Hollywood apartment, crammed with Nazi memorabilia, knives and gothic skulls - to Norwich Student Union, Portsmouth Guildhall and the after gig parties in Newcastle, Manchester and Wolverhampton - the band are booked to play eleven towns in 13 days, living and sleeping on the same bus. Playing the same music, wearing the same clothes and still as controversial as they've always been, can a band really survive without changing?

There's a reason this man is a legend and his name will be spoken for years to come. Long live Lemmy.
None were sadder to see Lemmy go than Jack Daniels

Lemmy is the King
Beautiful man
Well in july it will mark the second time this year I am going to be seeing Motorhead. well there goes my hearing
Whats funny is everyone is still on drugs. Its just not as noticeable bc a lot are taking pills secretly especially where I live in the United States of Big Pharma. It really messed me up realizing a lot of people I used to call friends earlier in life are on pills now and thats not the crowd I like to be around. You drink, you smoke weed, thats not a big deal to me as long as u can wake up, be functional, and take care of your duties. Ive seen people like my grandparents get wayyyy too comfortable with pills and at one point, my grandma had a full bottle of opiates just chilling in her sweater pocket like it was no big deal. We were at my parents house at the time and when we asked them about it, they just shrugged it off like it was just a candy bar. When they dont care like that, thats when you know its a huge problem.
He took acid and went on stage
Wow mad man
it was Hawking, man. 😂
Speed is the bomb.. Don't mind the pun..... I would still be taking it if I hadn't of got married
Is this whole documentary available on dvd? If so I can't find it under Live Fast Die Old title. Any help? J
nice cense of humer
they cut out the end of my favorite lemmy quote because of bullshit censorship. "You know the main thing in your life? Sense of humor. Lose that, and you're done. You might as well blow your fuckin' brains out."
Truer words have never been spoken. Lemmy was a damn smart man
💯🔨
lemmy has a civil war beard
@thinkANDcreate Yeah, was a 'bit'out of line there.Ofcourse he's a legend, and one of the most honest souls in the business. And ofcourse, not selling millions,is no indication of quality,(more like the opposite).Liked the first Motörhead album, but prefered his Hawkwind material.
hearing him speak about heroin stopping generations speaks so loud today. Just pharmacutical companys replaced the drug dealers.
Motorhead bridges all rock genres…
@spellgrounds
You got that off wikipedia. It's not true. He says he got called 'Lemmy' since he was 10 years old.
4:54 Lemmy says: 'thats the one thing I'm remarkably oph free.' any ideas what oph means or did i hear it wrong?
OPIATE FREE
Opiates
'Lemmy Daniels'
1:08
The fucking Governor...
The day Lemmy died was the day jack Daniels died
He said opiate free. As in no heroin.
He was talking about opiates.
Seems he sees this like a bloody job....
Haha you have clearly not listen to many of them. So shut your mouth and stop spreading bullshit. I like Motorhead but Im not a diehard fan, but I know that you are full of shit
No Yokos.
Jack Daniels, Coke, Marlboro, etc.
An interesting fella to watch but fairly one dimensional
What the fuck it looks like Motorhead have just spent the last years just fucking about. I know, we all know they are good but the could have easily released more multi - platinum albums with a little bit of direction. He is about 50!! come on. They're style could never change if they just let the record compan'y help them. He is wayy to stubborn Lemmy.
Woah, You are so ungrateful!...
He's not selling records because you don't buy his boring records, you just come here & kiss his 'legendary' ass & pretend you do. Why would anyone buy more than one or two Motorhead records when they all pretty much sound the same ?
Because you are a piece of shit go listen justin bieber
A. Motörhead songs don’t all sound the same
B. Too much experimentation can be a bad thing
C. Motörhead Rule. End of story.
Buddy thats called formula, And thats Motorhead, it sticks
I'm guessing you don't realize how stupid you sound. No amount of explaining on anyone's part will help you .
and why do you watch something you dont like?
