The N-GO is a Spectrum Next clone that you can buy fully equipped for 280 EUR and it has a better keyboard too.

They've been sold out for quite sometime and can reach almost as high prices as the original on ebay whenever they pop up.

Spring loaded card slot is easy enough to add, and it’s a separate PCB so someone could simply create a replacement
I have the KS1 and never got around adding the second micro SD card slot for drive D yet, I assume the KS2 can also have a second card slot, like having an internal hard drive
