    Very informative video, thank you very much. I plan on getting 2 x SunSun 603b canisters for my 110 litre tank, which would still cost me less than getting 1 x Eheim 2213 canister and push 800l/h (2 x 603b) compared to 440l/h (1 x 2213). For the price/performance ratio, there's nothing cheaper or better.

    Do you think this will be enough for 55L or 15 gal tank with size 60cmx30cmx30cm?

    • @LushAquaUK
      @LushAquaUK  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it should be able to handle that size…but keep the filter closer to the aquarium so your flow isn’t reduced. However, if you feel the flow is less…you could always add a surface skimmer😃

    • @LushAquaUK
      @LushAquaUK  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t think it would work on such a large volume of water…It does an okay job on a 65litre tank. The filtration would be possible because it has enough space for media…but flow would be a major problem. You would need a Powerhead or Something to increase the flow then!

      @LushAquaUK  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It can push water up 2ft to the tank for sure but, I wouldn’t use it lower than 1ft from the tank, because the flow would be too less (depending on your tank size).

    Hi, Very recently I bought Sunsun HW 304-B canister filter. I found the UV light is not working continuously and always blinking from the beginning.
    Is this normal or it has to lighting continuously without blinking.

    • @LushAquaUK

      @@princedhas9089 It should stay on continously when the switch is on. You would have to change the bulb. Switching the UV bulb and being in close contact with it can be extremely dangerous, especially of the safety chamber is damaged while cleaning. Please be careful ❤

    is this filter powerful enough for your jungle aquascape? what water volume does the jungle aquascape tank hold?
    what tank size can we use this filter with at most? is it good enough for 80 liter planted tanks?

    • @LushAquaUK
      @LushAquaUK  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi! Thanks for watching.
      In my experience, the filter doesnt do a great job in my jungle aquascape (a little underpowered). However, I do have an Azoo Surface Skimmer to help with the water circulation and I do a lot of water changes too.
      Also, I wouldn't use this filter on an 80 liter planted tank, unless I had a secondary filter to maintain the flow.
      I have seen this filter perform well in a 2x1x1 (lxhxb) aquarium. And obviously smaller aquariums too.

  • @fuadsarwar8058
    @fuadsarwar8058 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    This is a garbage filter. I have used it for several months and it didn't provide enough waterflow in the tank. I started noticing a lot of algae growth due to lack of proper stream. Also, almost everyday my fishes had to gasp on the surface for oxygen because there were not enough movement.
    Then I realized that it is just a pre-filter with an ordinary motor attached to it. I switched to DoPhin CF-600

    • @LushAquaUK
      @LushAquaUK  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The flow of any filter would depend on several factors like distance from the tank, the length of the pipes and most importantly, the size of the tank. If you’re using it on a tank larger than 12inches in height or 20inches in length, you would have to either add powerhead, additional HOB or surface skimmer. Let me know how the Dophin performs and what you liked about it 😃
