Why is no one putting the plumbing and power in the rear and the cleaner bin in the middle facing to the side? Just like normal trash can trucks? A camera can allow them to see the can, pull up on it, grab it, clean and go. Put some power washer nozzles inside the bin so no need to get out of the truck and wand the can. I'm stunned no one has figured that out? The key to that type of business is volume. Inefficiencies like getting out to clean the outside of the can cut into time a lot. That's costly. The model is already developed by the local town. Stay in the truck, clean and move to the next. Nice rig btw.
Thank you for the in depth walk around, this is great. The trucks space is utilized very efficiently. A few Qs: 1. A 2.1GPM pump with 6GPM heads? isn't that pump not adequate for the Bolondi heads? 2. Over time opening the pass side door at each stop would get tiring. A removable door would be nice to take off during work day and re-place end of day. yet that's just my opinion! 3. What are your thoughts on a PTO system vs pressure washing system? Still learning that subject.
in principle i like it but ... that set up is a bit pants (sorry but it is, though i could be wrong with the following points?) Clear water tank ... thats going to suffer with algee blocking filters/pumps with in a year - so new tank every year/2 years?. No recycling water (imo good) .. but no dirty water tank either means you are dumping contamininated bin juice/water on the road? first cleans customers are going to love you! *enviromental impact? Lifting arms .. there seems to be a bunch of companies with that style, how the heck are you supposed to wash the outside of the bin with it that high in the air? or is it you stand around until its lowered then wash. At the end of the day how are you meant to get all the "crap" out of the wash bay? Ladder/scaffold tower to clamber up in the back and then pick big bits out? pretty sure who ever buys that truck will be bored of trying to stick their lance in that hole/holder before day one is over if theyve more than 5 bins to do.

that bin was filthy when it was removed ...why did you not show it before and after ?

That is a small truck. How many cans can it wash before needed a water refill? What about the water storage? How many gallons each?

Do homeowners not also have garden hoses? Or are you the company leaving a card on people's bin after a little spray of liquid ass.......
