Matt D'Avella I just did the breath work. And holy moly. What just happened!?!? 🤯 that got so trippy! DID NOT EXPECT THAT to work on me. I completely lost track of space and time and found myself in flow with my thoughts, and now looking back I can’t even remember what most of those thoughts were... I’m astounded. I’ve been very depressed lately and have such clarity right now.

Thank you so much for this. I Hs done Breathwork before, but recently I have felt some deep, deep grief in my heart venture and it wasn’t shifting and I couldn’t cry - nor necessarily attach a story to it which can sometimes help the release. I have been doing this video for a few days and been able to cry each time. Still not done with releasing the grief so I will keep going! Thank you so so much x

I'm on day 7 of this breathwork. There first day I tried this it was the best drug I've ever tried. I've tried many "spiritual"drugs. I'm doing this for 30 days as a part of my healing journey. I started meditating almost 3 years ago on this journey. I'm grateful to take the breath further, thank you. I'm living in my car or I'd send you some much deserved financial energy. I'll send you prana until then. :)

I actually wonder that this breathing style is very similar to how we breathe when we cry and it almost triggers the brain and takes you back to times where you’ve breathed this way during crying in the past but held it in.

My mouth was really dry from the breathing, my feet were cold from being outstretched. But I kept on breathing and it made me finally start sobbing near the end, which is great. I've been numb for months; finally got to have some release. Thanks.

Tonight during the meditation I've realised that I am in love and it felt so good and so bad at the same time, like it usually goes with having a crush on someone:) My life has changed so much in these couple of days. Thank you so so sooooo much for your work and for this self-opening experience! And please thank your amazing brother for me - for introducing me to your channel. This stuff is unbelievably brilliant. I am happier with every inhale. I feel more free with every exhale. Every tear is healing. Every scream is painful. I feel it all. It's amazing. I am one with the world. Once again - Oh wow!

I do really well with clearing my head of distractions and I feel that this was so very important to do because I was able to just focus on my breathing. Eventually was able to just focus on my breath. Started crying at one point thinking of my father who passed. Started saying to him that I’m scared. Then I felt a surge of energy which felt very good & I let out a yell & in my mind I was screaming I AM POWERFUL!! Followed by waves of focusing on breath to crying again. I don't know if anyone will read this, but I wanted to release my experience as well. I am not writing often in comments, so let's start. First of all I tried to fight with my depression through the several meditations. It doesn't help me so I though that I am doing something wrong. Now I finally came here&this is so powerful. I felt it so much, at first crying and then felt powerful tingeling on my face and palms. Later going on it became stronger(reaching stomach, later legs..) I stopped when ir came too strong for me, my arms suddenly shrink in cramp. I was really scared, because I couldn't move my hands. It continued at least 15 minutes. And even later still. But I am feeling good now, thanks.

This was my first experience with breathwork. I have tried a few different types of meditation but found it difficult to quiet my mind. The breathing exercises gave me a focus by which I was able to sink into myself and completely let go of the world. I remember that at one point I became so cold that I was shivering even though the temperature of the room obviously never changed. When the session was over I had the sensation of "hearing energy," like a fog in my ears. I have never been so deeply relaxed and will continue studying this method with the hope of teaching it to others.

    It's hyperventilation.
The “high” feeling some people experience during breathwork can also be explained by hyperventilation and respiratory alkalosis. Increased blood pH decreases oxygen delivery to tissues (a phenomenon called the Bohr Effect). Within one minute of hyperventilation, the vessels in the brain constrict, reducing blood flow and oxygen delivery to the brain by 40%. The effect is probably responsible for the feelings of wellbeing that breathwork practitioners experience. That’s right - you are actually getting a little high in your Kundalini yoga class.

I hear people experience such things but you never believe it right? I am chocked and so thankful for this. I was very stressed before and needed something to reset my mind and body. As you were saying these things along the well I felt them. The tingling sensations, my heart opening up, I started smiling and crying at the same time, I shivered so much as if I was letting go of something. Usually when I tell that I love myself I have a hard time actually feeling that way and when I hugged myself it felt so genuine and the amount of gratitude that I felt is incredible. Thank you for this. I will definitely incorporate breathwork into my routine.

At the beginning of today's session I was still wondering if trying to do this every day for a week was gonna be worth it, but then I happened to be thinking of someone & something just clicked/synchronized? And not just between me & the video.
Thus motivated I sent a spontaneous "I love u, thx for everything u do for me" into the family whatsapp group and I noticed that immediately there was a barrage of 'I love you too', heart emojis, hug gifs etc. in response.
I guess I felt/understood on a more than just theoretical level that while interacting with ppl & getting all emotional can be exhausting, there is also some energy & strength to be found there.
Normally I tend to feel very bad when I have to ask for help/ can't be independent, but actually there are people who want to be connected to me & consider that rewarding.
I never cared if my boyfriends are rich or put-together since spending time together was its own reward, but I guess I never extended that to myself. Some people even have their spouse living at their house with no job & consider that worthwhile.
I think I might keep doing this exercise for a while.

I’m a bit anxious but I’m about to do this. I’ll be back with an update once I’m done.

Thanks for this! Felt my energy open in the first few seconds. So grateful that I can come back to this daily 🙏

You're welcome! I'd suggest this kit for a daily practice: www.pushingbeauty.com/getting-started-with-breathwork

My mentor asked that I do 20 minutes of breath work daily and I really didn't know about it and thought it sounded boring. I cried twice and screamed LOL and really feel ready to start my day. Thank you for you and I will be doing this challenge!

I thought the same thing when it was first recommended to me. :)

I am so glad I found you on TH-cam! I just finished my first time in by the end I was crying. And I could feel my body relaxing and tingling. I’m definitely going to incorporate this into my spiritual practice ❤ And I’m going to take the 30 day challenge too!! Since I’m currently unemployed I appreciate you offering this on TH-cam for free. Thank you for everything you do for us. With love and grace 🙏✨💜
