So this can go at the end of an effects chain and play through whatever you have it hooked up to? Amp, DAW, etc? This is definitely a cool tool to have!
I keep trying different solutions for this but the bluetooth mix is always where things fall apart. Also, does the USB port act as an in/out audio interface? I definitely need a proper demo of this.
Totally see some uses beyond just rehearsal! Can headphone out play separate things from the 1/4 outs... Such as having stereo tracks out from the 1/4s and click out of the headphone out?
So if I wanted to use this in conjunction with a looper, in other words, have the guitar go into this and have this go out into the looper, could I then use Bluetooth and basically have my phone be another instrument going into that looper? In other words, if I have an app on my phone that makes music., will the Bluetooth allow me to have the stuff I’m playing on my phone go into the looper pedal along with my guitar?
Test out the bluetooth capability with a bluetooth speaker first. In my experience, playing instruments through bluetooth has always resulted in latency. I'd hit the note, and then a short time afterwards the note would come out. That could make it hard for you to play your instrument on your phone in a live environment, especially if you're looping as well. Maybe walrusaudio can clarify if there would be latency using instruments through bluetooth or not. If all the music is pre-recorded then I don't suppose that would matter since it would probably be written "on the grid".
Can this also be used live like for sending clock to other midi devices and does it have the ability to store presets/playlist with different BPMs etc?
It can receive clock and has a pass thru to send clock to other devices. It's primary function is for rehearsing and practicing. What you're describing is another device all together. 😉
Ah... so this is the headphone solution to the ACS1 not having an FX loop. This + Mako II series pedals and a 5 output canvas power supply seem like a really neat small pedal board, except for it being just over $2k.
That push encoder looks wobbly again. Admittedly, I haven't had a chance to play any of the new pedals that have them. I hope this isn't the downfall of some great pedals.
Thanks for your flippant judgements - and if you couldn’t “learn” what this product is/does from that video, then this product clearly wasn’t designed for you. And that’s okay, I promise.
@@walrusaudioeffectsCan’t please everybody. No matter who you used there would be a problem. Old rocker, pretty model, hip hop musician, young prodigy, worship band member, jazz fusionist, country twagger… Someone would have had something to say. Even if you had the pedal floating in the air by itself 😂😂
So according to the commercial, it's perfect for dudes who stay in bad hotels, eat fast food, and play simple songs? jk! I'm just jealous that I don't have one. Ciao.
Have been waiting ages for a product like this (particularly the bluetooth part). Well done guys
Thank you!
literally spent the last three months looking for this exact thing
I need a proper demo of this😍
You guys do a great job of innovation in areas where everyone else is doing the same old same old.
Looks like a Homewood Suites. And of course, neat pedal. Can't wait to see more demos!
One hour ago, I did not know that I NEED this thing now 😂
#themoreyouknow
Finally. Been looking for something like this for ages.
Pedal of the year award is locked
Oh my God this thing is going to roooooooocckkk thank you for making it!
Freaking brilliant guys
Thanks!
I love that you guys made this!!
This is fantastic!
Mad respect for the Baum Original Series 🤜🤛
OUTKAST!!!!! Love the shirt! Love the produvcts!
Been there for sure. What a great tool!
Thanks!
Really cool tool. I definitely could have used this a bunch in my life.
Nicely done! I can play with my favorite bands now through my amp!
Indeed!
Walrus you've done it again. Where has this been? 😄
😊
Very cool! Plus, when is that song available for streaming?
Not the target audience for this specific tool, but the song caught me too.
😅
Gotta love these guys!
💛💛
11/10 yes. Can’t wait.
This is awesome. I’ve been looking for metronome pedal. I thought I’d have to build my own.
The Bluetooth component of this is genius
Ya’all KNOW US! ❤
When that song going to be available for streaming?
Love it!
Thanks!!

Yup! Practice away!

What about the Bluetooth part do you have questions on? The USB port is for possible future firmware updates!
Pete from Anderton's demo when?
I bought the KMA endgame for this !!!
oh yes!

There are menu options to route the metronome, Aux audio, both, or neither through the 1/4in out.
@@walrusaudioeffects this is awesomeee!
I think this could go well after uafx amp pedals for headphone out.
Exactly!
@walrusaudioeffects that usb c on the side .... can you audio in from laptop/ pc or is that just for updates?

Yes, you have the option to have aux audio piped through the 1/4in jacks!

@ cool, thanks. There will now be three walrus canvas devices in my rig.

@ is “another device” one that you sell? 😉
Is this a looper?
Need!
Wow😮😮😮
I can plug straight in from pedal board? No need for DSP?
You totally can. It will sound better with an amp sim though.

Bluetooth! THANK YOU!
A headphone amp/mixer with a metronome and BT … ?
I want it
You deserve it.
@@walrusaudioeffects thanks ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥🙌🙌🙌
Bro’s got. Wingman. 😚
Nice! no need too go to the studio
Nicely done gents! Will there be a limited release that will have a "bass" knob? :)
Why? A bass guitar is a guitar.
Can you run DOOM on it?
I didn't know Borat was in a band
...is a tuner also?
Nope
Ok alright alright ok
? Looks interesting but I didn't get anything from the demo.
This isn’t a demo, we’ll have demos released later closer to the ship date!
Cool product, kinda not a great ad though
I hope it’s an interface too but i couldn’t see a usb port :(
Walrus is god.
What is it? an *Alarm clock!?* half the video was him looking tired then waking up face-purple-smiling-tears
what the hell is this? no looper?
what if the Trio+ added bluetooth? or an aux in...same thing.

I'm in the minority, but this sucks.
Nah.

learned nothing from video. Like your products but you guys need to stop being so hipster in your videos

I learned a lot and that's discrimination. In other words, pay no mind to this hateful comment, WA.
Dang. Was it the McDonalds that pushed us over the hipster meter?

If you’ve ever toured or played fly-dates, this hotel room is very relatable.
