As a dietitian, I work with individuals to balance blood sugar levels, maintain hormone balance, and achieve weight loss! We do this by following low net carb, high lean protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fats! Often, I am questioned by clients, ‘Can I still eat my favorite foods?’ and more diabetic slow cooker, diabetic slow cooker recipes, diabetic slow cooker meals often ‘What can a prediabetic eat?’ The most important question I am asked is on reversing prediabetes. Greek Yogurt Parfait:
1 cup of Greek yogurt + 1/2 cup berries + 1-2 tbsp nuts
Turkey Pepperoni Wrap:
10 turkey pepperoni slices + 1/4 cup motz cheese + 2 tbsp pizza sauce + Mission Carb Wrap
Diabetic Chips:
1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
2 ounces of goat cheese
1 cup of almond flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, add mozzarella cheese and goat cheese
Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir.
Pour in almond flour. Mix well.
Place dough on parchment paper. Flatten out (can use rolling pin). Roll out thin.
Using a pizza cutter, cut into triangles.
Bake chips for 12-15 minutes.
Diabetic Pasta Recipe
2 cans palmini
12 meatballs (make sure if buying for it to be gluten free and low carb)
1 jar Raos
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
4 ounce goat cheese
Rinse Palmini.
Cook meatballs over low heat in a saucepan.
Add palmini. Cook 5-10 minutes. .
Add Raos. Cook 5-10 minutes.
Add cheese and goat cheese.
Cook on low for 5-10 minutes.

I am a regular, pay check to pay check person and have Kroger & Wal-Mart as shopping options. All the searching I have found dor food is for crazy things I wouldn't waste my money on let alone eat (I'm picky)!

Hello 😊. For the diabetic tortilla chips. Can we put them in an air fryer and if so what temperature and time. We loved the recipe but family prefers thinner crunchier chips.
380 for 5-8. Be aware - they can fly around in the air fryer!
Is there a substitute for palmini? My Kroger/Fry's doesn't have it.
