Thank you for the information! My 26 year old son just became a notary, I’m a notary as well at my current job. I’ve already told my son we will be attending your signing agent training lol so you will see is in the future! Thank you for all the information you give us it’s very helpful
Amber I think you are so Beautiful and you are a blessing to me as well as others. Your videos are so professional and helpful. I received my commission in January for the state of Ohio. I look forward to registering for your trainings and your mentorship so that I can become my own boss. Thank you!! Continued blessings to you!
I am required to be a notary for my job and this is a great way to utilize something I already have to bring in additional income. I think because I need it for work I never thought of how to monetize it. Thank you for your insight and videos. This is great.
I enjoy your class on how to become a notary and loan signing agent. I'm a notary and you informed of some training I didn't know I needed to take. I wanted to know what I need to do for you to become my mentor. My goal is to become a Loan signing agent and I wanted to become a very good loan signing agent that I can be.
Hi. The Loan Signing Agent Course that I teach at The Notary Academy has been the highly recommended training for succeed in this industry. The course as well as my contact info is at Www.thenotaryacademy.net
Thank you, I've been watching your videos for a awhile on Tic Toc. I've been a notary public for about 3 years and haven't really pursued it as a real business, but watching your videos has put a spark in me!!! I'm going to take the NSA and hopefully take your training course to get acquainted with the ins and outs of LSA.
Thank you for this awesome informational segment. I've been thinking about getting into the Notary Signing for a while, but the way you just broke it down to getting started, I just told myself: This will be done by Dec 15... Thank you again.
Thank you Amber! Lots of great information. I need to be clear on the notary platform for online/electronic journals; what is the difference in having the only journal like signix and using it with the sigining companies, using it for my mobile or ipen clients, or is there a recommended platform when working with the signing companies? Are we to have 1 journal for in person and another 1 for remote/electronic signings? Or do we use an online platform for both in person and remote/electronic signings? Thanks again. :)
I am a new notary and signing agent. I am commissioned in the state of Florida. I am registered with the National Notary Association. I am trying to learn how present documents and understand how to do a closing
Hi, I'm happy to help. Loan signing presentation is a frequent top in my Notary mentorship community. You can learn more here: www.thenotaryacademy.net
Hi there! I finished my LSA in June but have been nervous to go into the field without a mentorship / prep / mock signing before taking on clients. Do you have any suggestions? Wonderful & detailed video
Hi Susie, congratulations on getting all your credentials in order. I have signing agent prep and mock signings in my Signing Agent course: www.thenotaryacademy.net/landing/plans/240158 I also have mentorship here: www.thenotaryacademy.net/landing/plans/238855
You're amazing Amber! So grateful for your awesome videos! Do you think a notary in Oregon could make 15 to 20k a month or are those numbers only possible where you live in Texas😁?
What is your Facebook group? I am very much interested. I take the classes but I need a refresher pretest I guess before I actually go and take that your test because I took the class a few months ago and forgot a lot of stuff.
Hi Amber thank you for the info. So I just got my real estate license and had to acquire a level 1 fingerprint card. Do you think that would work for the background check here to be a notary?
Hi, congratulations on getting your RE license. Most title companies and signing services are going to want to see the background check from thr NNA. If you are direct then the background you would probably be just fine
Hi there-enjoyed your video and am potentially interested in mentoring-what state are you in? FYI-I’m certified w/NNA as notary and loan signing agent- I retired in June and need to brush up, study and would love some mentoring 👍

Is your course and live mentorship offering the same information or should I purchase both?
The Loan Signing business is VERY OVERSATURATED. Additionally with interest rates so high, the number of signings has plummeted. Please DO YOUR RESEARCH and DON'T PAY anyone for training, certainly don't get a mentor. A mentor WILL NOT help you in this market. They are predicting it will be a couple of years before the interest rates are low enough for the majority of people to refinance. Refinances are the bread and butter of loan signings. Please do your research before you jump in. Set up costs for loan signings is about $1500. At the current rate it would take a "newbie" probably about 4-5 months to just break even.
I'm glad you said TX doesn't require exam❤
Not at all

This was a great, concise video. I wanted to know if you can offer notary services in other states outside of the one you are registered in?
There are a few that allow dual commission. You can worldwide if your state allows remote online notarization
Great advice! So helpful! Thank you.
You’re welcome
Awesome presentation 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you ❤

Hello-
New notary here! So-I just sent and paid for my basic general notary paperwork. Can I go ahead and sign up for the loan agent or ahold I wait?
Hi, congratulations. Yes you can start signing agent training now while your waiting on the commission to finalize
Hi there-enjoyed your video and am potentially interested in mentoring-what state are you in? FYI-I’m certified w/NNA as notary and loan signing agent- I retired in June and need to brush up, study and would love some mentoring 👍

Essentially the same. Only one is needed.
How quickly could all of this be achieved?
2-3 months depending on your effort and state timing of approving commission
Are you a NNA loan signing agent? Would you recommend doing their course?
