    Wow! I began with super tight hamstrings and could only reach mid-shin when I did the stand and reach test. By the end I could touch the floor! I never knew this was possible with gentle movements. My previous experience was with ballet and dance stretches that took much repetition in very strenuous positions. Thank you! looking forward to more exercises.

    this was great! I am brand new to feldenkrais. personally I needed to stop at 20 minutes, but im sure if I continue to practice I can make it to the end of the video.
