I don't think he was even hanged. Even if he was, why there has been no action on people bringing the body down without police permission.
First they waited for hours to open the door thinking that he was dead for sure, then when they opened the door they brought the body down very quickly thinking that he was alive. What kind of statement is this? In fisrt case they let him die and in second case they hide the evidences.
