Laws are created by men to reject and prevent CBI from getting involved.
But DUE TO PUBLIC OUTCRY AND INTEREST N JUSTICE , CBI must take over SSR case.
Amend the law so that strict dateline and action is required by all authorities on all criminal cases. If law m SOPs are not followed, independent commission should address the issue and CBI MUST TAKE OVER THE CASE.
Mumbai police should be held responsible for this shoddy investigation . A blatant cover up by twisting the case and leading it to nowhere. We have already seen this in Sheena Bora , Zia Khan ,Sunanda Pushkar cases.
