Rarely does the rubber gasket stick for me. However in this case it worked out perfectly as an example of what to look for to avoid an oily mess. Well done.
Very good tip on making sure it does not strip! Hector, at 5:45 what was that bolt in the oil pan? I never saw that before on the early model vehicles. Oil change videos are nice because some of these places will give you really cheap oil and filter.

My van has the same size filter on it as the one that you took off, but ALL the documentation says that the one that you put on is the correct one, even though they are VERY different sizes. You seemed to think that it isn't a big deal as long as the gasket is the same size. Did this leak? Also, I can't believe that you didn't even mention the broken dipstick tube.
As a man whose step dad only ever taught him how to hold a flashlight and get cursed at, I really appreciate how thorough and simple your video this.
Thank you. I appreciate it👊

The pan has 2 places to drain the oil. I didn't touched that one because it was to rusty.
Awesomeness!
You need a gopro headband camera.
I always wanted it one

I don't understand the question.

Refresh my mind. I don't remember the gasket you are referring to.
@@NoneMechanic101 The rubber piece on the oil filter.
@@Knarf2285 As long as the correct one is purchased. It shouldn't be any problems. Also was the dipstick broken. If it was I missed it.
@@NoneMechanic101 Thanks for the insanely quick reply.
@@Knarf2285 Yes Sir
Well. Here goes Nothing. Thanks For The Video!

@@NoneMechanic101 will do. It's going smoothly as we speak.
@@myshadyself3360 Great
@@NoneMechanic101 It Went Well. Only Thing I Had A Problem With Was Removing The Filter. Whoever Did It Last Put It On Way To Tight. Thanks you 👌
