Childish thinking. I don’t know how old you are, but if you and others want the team to stay in Oakland, raise the money to purchase the team. I would like the team to stay, but like our children, whom we love, relocate to another state or another city or another country, we don’t stop loving them do we? Except the fact that their moving, if they do move, and go visit them in their new home and enjoy yourself.

@@dukemoney2bro how is that childish thinking. You need to see the history of the A’s video. If you watch that, you will know exactly what we are thinking.

@@dukemoney2I’m not an A’s fan but you can’t compare a team that was completely destroyed by its owner then moved to a new city by that same owner because he wants money to a person moving away from home. People don’t keep supporting teams after the moved away. The closest thing I can think of to you saying just buy the team from him is when Wimbledon fc fans founded a new team instead of supporting MK dons

Same. I've been an A's fan for over 20 years and have never seen what the owner looks like. I've seen Lew Wolff, but not John Fisher

So sad the way people react to life changes. It’s like holding your breath till you get your way. I hope you don’t have young children as they will act like you in life.

Who wants to stay in Oakland nowadays?

As an Oakland resident who relocated, and glad I did, I see Getting worse and worse as the days go by. My family moved from Pasadena to Oakland in 1947, so I know a lot about the challenges that Oakland is now facing and no one seems to have the answers to the problems now facing Oakland and other cities, and most likely never will.

The A's won't even make it to Las Vegas. If Fisher were sure that the deal would happen, he would've immediately put the Las Vegas name in front of Athletics for next season AND they'd be playing in the Aviators stadium next season. They're not going to be called "Las Vegas" up in Sacramento. The Sacramento owner now has a chance to cut a Sac deal with Fisher for the A's to stay up there.

As a Giants fan who lives in Las Vegas, nobody wants the A's here, better off staying in Oakland because no one will show up for these games.

FINALLY the media is telling TRUTH. I love it, albeit too late. Who the hell is going to come to the A's now, the next 3 years in Sac, and the future- WHEREVER....I hope Vegas falls through for you. Sactown deserves a team, but they don't deserve you. Oh, and Dave Kaval? LOL. THE WORST sports Executive in America.

It's too little, way too late.
Oakland and the Alameda County governments and the A's should've planned a baseball-only facility that is ready to go years ago especially in 1995.

The fans finally forced Dan Snyder to give it up. The fans will eventually force this loser to sell. Vegas....if you end up with this owner, GOD HELP YOU.

  • @dukemoney2

You see, he is the owner of the team and he can do whatever he pleases to do. He’s a businessman so he’s taking care of business. And yes, he’s in it for the money and power he has over the team as we would be if we were the owners, but we’re not. In life thing’s change as we all know. We all do things for money. So get over the fact that the team is moving to Vegas. You see, most of us relocate in our lives. Quit making a big deal of this owner’s move of his team.
