Will and I ended the week with our favorite 1500m workout. This workout will prepare you to be mentally and physically confident when it comes to the last event of the Decathlon.
800m (60sec rest) 400m (45 sec rest) 300m- All at race pace.
800 begins @ :42

I tried this workout myself today. I ran 2:20-67-48 indoors.
I guess the 1500 in my next decathlon is going to be quite fast 😅

Ek repitation ke bad 3 4 min ka rest fir se chalu ese 6 7 ek sath Karo ho jayega

I have one doubt that why 100 m or 200 m runners have a fit body and then 1500 m or more than that have very lean body ?
If you are long distance runner you should have lean body.

Sprinters require muscles and strength to run fast while long distance runners need to be of less weight as running for long with a heavy body takes up a lot of extra energy of the body
